Description

Casa Porvenir Compound Villa comprises two dwellings set on a large landscaped property with an abundance of tropical trees, shrubs and flowers. La Casita (1400 sq ft of living space) rests on a 12 foot rise above the beach and 150 feet from the high tide line. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower open to the sky-the sunlight in the day and the stars and moon at night. It sleeps 2 adults (king size bed) and 1-2 children (full sofa bed). There are ocean views from every room and from the expansive covered deck there is a breathtaking, unobstructed 120 degree view of the Pacific Ocean in all of its vastness.

El Nido, a palapa, is located 60 ft. behind La Casita cradled among native trees with mountain view. It has a fully equipped mini-kitchen and full bath. It sleeps 2 adults and 2 children/adolescents under a tropical palm-thatched roof. From the kitchenette the picturesque coastal range greets the eye, especially welcoming as the morning sun peeks above the ridgelines.

Our guests will have an exclusive use of the grounds when renting the compound. Photos and details regarding accommodations, grounds and the surrounding area may be found at the casaporvenir website.

Response from the owner We appreciate this complimentary and candid review by our guest. This is the first complaint concerning noise that we have received in 13 years of ownership. Upon hearing of the noise intrusion, we immediately contacted the owner of the adjoining property. He will alert all of his future guests to respect the tranquility of our guests. Furthermore, we have alerted our staff to contact us immediately should there be inordinate noise during a guest stay at Casa Porvenir and we and the adjoining owner will take immediate action to quell the noise.
