1. Setting

A charming holiday villa in a splendid holiday resort, licensed as a 3-bedroom tourist residence by the local authorities, is for rent in a beach village in the North of the paradise island of Mauritius. Fully integrated electronic alarm system ensures 24-hour security.

The villa is a fully detached two-level cottage and is well-equipped for comfortable living in care-free style. It has an autonomous self-catering kitchen.

All three bedrooms are airconditioned. Two of them open on a front balcony which overlooks a beautifully laid out spacious garden with flowering shrubs as well as a splendid blue-coloured swi...mming pool..

The third room has its own rear balcony which overlooks an area of rapid growth of chalets and hotels for tourists against a backdrop of tall filao trees lining a long stretch of natural beach.

2. Resort

The resort is called La Balade. It is in the village of Trou Aux Biches which is one of four topmost areas of the North coast for tourist stations and sea sports activities as well as exquisite restaurants, shopping malls, near-by golf course, equestrian facility, casino and aquarium. The village is only a short drive from Grand Bay, another very popular tourist resort.

The coast road, which is the principal road of the village, passes in front of the holiday site. An access opposite the resort links it to the beach which is only 50 meters away.

All amenities namely ,spacious well-groomed garden with flowering trees and shrubs, night lanterns , swimming pool, tennis court, BBQ, 24h security..., proximity public transport and taxis make this vacation spot ideal to enjoy one's stay in this number one tourist destination of the region.

3. Golf

A nice golf course within the precincts of Maritim Hotel. The hotel is 5 minutes by car from bungalow.Trou aux Biches Village hotel is under renovation to become one of the most famous on the Island. Its own golf course and casino will become the most uptodate facilities for tourists. It is located about two kms from La Balade.

4. Other Activities

Boat cruise, Glass bottom, scuba diving, big game fishing, casino, gourmet eating houses, dancing and sega nights, disco, guided excursions, golf etc

5. Welcome and Assistance to Guests

Assistance will be provided to our guests to make their stay as comfortable as possible. The following aspects of their stay are given special attention:

Airport transfers are arranged on request. The transport company has a variety of vehicle types and will provide what is needed for the trip. Interesting tours of the country will also be organised at very moderate rates for guests who make the request.

Welcoming our guests on arrival at Trou Aux Biches and meeting them on departure; Assistance with booking for all excursions, if desired.

Special needs such as assistance to obtain halth care and for shopping.

A file of addresses of a large number of agencies which provide services to tourists such as cruises, diving equipment and coaching, contract cars and bikes, deep sea fishing and parasailing, is kept at the villa.

The villa is within a holiday resort situated on the coast road of the tourist village of Trou aux Biches, less than 10 minutes drive from Grand Bay. The resort, known as La Balade, is only 50 meters from the sea, across the coast road. The white, sandy beach in front of the complex offers magnificent scenery but is not suitable for swimming due to rocks in the lagoon.

The village is one of the four best known residential areas for tourists on the North-West coast of the island. The coast road which winds its way through those beach resorts, offers the most beautiful scenery of this prime tourist island destination. Visitors take delight in travelling along that road by car or by public bus not only for its breath-taking views but for shopping at the many exotic malls and for sea sports activities.
