Lovely home in Tahoe Donner with open, light living area, plenty of room for one or more families...bring the pets! (with prior approval)
*The driveway can be icy and slippery in the winter months and can be difficult to get up even with a 4WD vehicle. We recommend a 4WD vehicle + chains for entry when ice is present, or parking at the bottom of the driveway (be sure to park off the road and off the neighbor's driveway)*

My group of friends and I stayed here over the weekend for my birthday. The place was clean, cozy and was at a great location to Northstar! We got a welcoming basket upon arrival with lots of goodies. My favorite part was that the kitchen was fully furnished and that there were extra airbeds! Loved everything about it!

Great House with plenty of space
We had a lovely time in this house...plenty of room spread between 3 levels...a cook's kitchen, except that there was no large roasting pot...very comfortable...will try to stay here again in the future!

Good place but icy and steep driveway
Everything is good except for the steep driveway. Our 2-WD SUV cannot make it up the driveway throughout our stay. We spent over $100 to buy tools/salt to de-ice the driveway to make it safe for our other car.

Great time!!
We had a fantastic time at the Eagle's Nest! Three families spread out across the house (5 adults, 6 children) and we were not running into each other. Excellent setup for families! Highly recommended!!
