bradfrod, ma.Perfect location for our trip.
Left on 04/26/2012 for a stay in April 2012
We really enjoyed our stay. We were visitng our kids and they lived in walking distance (Old truckee was walking distance also) so the location was perfect. The condo was set up perfectly and we had plenty of room. Nice view of Northstar from the deck. The one complaint I had was that the cable box was very loud. It had to be unplugged at night. It seemed odd because all you have to do is go to the cable company and exchange it. Everything else was great and we would stay there again, assumung they switch out the cable box.

I stay in resort towns all over the world. I usually rent town homes when possible. I feel this is the lowest value I have ever received.
Town home was only OK compared to the others we have rented this season.
The location was next to the freeway. The construction was average. I was well furnished and clean. The problem is really price for the product and the insult of the cleaning fees and damage insurance required on top of the high nightly price. They charge you a very high price to clean a very small unit and then insult you with do this with the sheets when you leave, do this with the garbage at this time on this day, and do this with the dishes. This is acceptable if you aren't charging me huge to clean the place but an insult to me if you are and you are, the damage insurance I have never heard of before and is insulting, made me feel like lets become drinker and rip the place up. Not really but it was an insult. Stop the illusion and just build all the extra cost into the nightly rate. That way I would of said no right away. This is not an extraordinary property, it is a nice one, but the price for a town home 20 minutes from the mountain in april at this price should be a palace on the lake not nice next to a freeway.Response from Pullen Rental Group - 04/20/2012

This particular condo is very popular for guests who wish to be close to town. If a guest wanted to stay near the mounains and the ski resorts, we would suggest another one of our properties. The insurance fee of $50 is in place of a security deposit which would be much higher. The insurance fee is for any accidental damage that might occur during a guest's visit. We ask guests, if they have time, to start the dishwasher as you would if you were home and take out the trash and perhaps start a load of towels, so that the property can be ready for the next guests. We feel Tahoe Stoneridge is an excellent condo and in very good condition. So perhaps next time, if you want to be in the mountains, let us know and we will find a great place for you!

Santa RosaExcellent Condo (more like a home)
Left on 03/28/2012 for a stay in March 2012
I was pleasantly surprised by the layout and size of this condo. We loved how the rooms were downstairs so the kids could sleep while the adults stayed up.
All the amenities were there and is perfect shape. It was everything we needed and we will definitely stay there again! -

San Francisco, CAGreat experience!
Left on 01/05/2012 for a stay in December 2011
We loved our stay at Tahoe Stoneridge - the house was extremely modern and we loved all the little amenities (from the waffle maker, to the wine glasses, to the board games)!
We did have one gripe though: If more than 2 people took a shower the water went quickly from hot to luke-warm to icy cold. Since we were a group of six, it inevitably meant that some of us took cold showers. Perhaps a bigger tank would solve the problem? Or a note that alerts users to wait X amount of time between showers to refill the tank.
Otherwise, the place was fantastic! The location is terrific and it really feels like a home away from home. As one person in our group said, "it's like they thought about everything...right down to the timer next to the waffle maker." -

LondonGreat apartment
Left on 08/25/2011 for a stay in August 2011
The apartment was beautiful and had pretty much everything we needed. It's very modern and very well looked after.
The only problems we had were that the internet access keeps cutting out (a problem that the know about but seem unable to fix) and we couldn't seem to work out how to get the air conditioning to keep the apartment cool enough. These were minor problems though. -

Woonsocket, RIthe rental was comfortable and well equipped
Left on 03/10/2011 for a stay in February 2011
It was a good location. The condo was very comfortable; well-equipped. The kitchen was excellent and fit for a gourmet cook, complete with a waffle iron, coffee bean grinder, enough dishes for a dozen people, plenty of coffee, sugar and other staples.
Pullen was very accommodating, answering our questions and giving us information. -

CanadaComfortable, Clean, Easy!
Left on 01/26/2011 for a stay in January 2011
Tahoe Stoneridge was a great place to stay. The condo was beautifully decorated, very comfortable, spacious, clean and fully equipped - their kitchen has more utensils, bowls, pans, etc than my own! The beds were comfortable - they seem extremely hard at first, but they eventually mold to your body and are quite comfortable. We traveled as a group of 4 (2 couples) but the space was large enough to easily accommodate another 2 people on the pull-out coach. It's located just a quick drive from downtown Truckee - which is very cute and has some nice restaurants and shops. It is also just a short drive from Squaw, NorthStar and other great ski hills. The garage made parking and storage easy, as well. We would most definitely stay at Tahoe Stoneridge again - the Pullen group made the reservation process and the check-in/out extremely easy (and they even left a gift basket for our arrival). I would highly recommend this location!

Left on 01/28/2010 for a stay in January 2010
We chose this place because of the location. We wanted to be close to old town Truckee. The Townhouse was well appointed and had a nice view so that was bonus. The cool waffle iron was a nice suprise and although I was a little worried that the place backed up to the freeway, you could not hear that at all since the garage insulates you from it. Great place and easy access.
