Good but overpriced
We enjoyed our stay at this condo, but felt that it was far too expensive for the quality of the amenities. The kitchen was understocked (no serrated knife, no cookie sheet, etc.), the "stereo" was an old boom box without an ipod hookup, the tv was old and not very good. Also, the description states that guest passes to the development's gym and pool/spa are included, which they are, but fails to mention that you still have to pay for the privilege of using them. But the house was otherwise comfortable and well-located.

Very comfortable home; super location
My family enjoyed a wonderful stay in this townhouse. Everyone was very comfortable, children and adults alike. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with the essentials for cooking. Loved the location for both snow play and skiing. Very quiet during our stay. Very clean too - absolutely no complaints! Will look to stay again.

Convenient and excellent location for family with children
We enjoyed our trip with my son, daughter in-law and 2 and half year old grandson. The facility was well furnished, clean and great location. We liked he heated floor in the kitchen.

Great location clean and modern condo
The Trailside villa is located very close to Tahoe Donner ski area making it very convenient. The condo looks like new and is very clean and even has a garage for parking.

More kitchen stuff needed
We enjoyed our stay for the most part - the home was certainly not huge, but it was more than adequate. Can't say enough good things about the location - it was such a treat to ski right out the door and not have to get in the car at the end of a long day of skiing.
Our main issues were with the kitchen (which was not 'gourmet'). There were NO wine glasses; even if owners don't drink many people do and the appropriate glasses are a minimal requirement. We also needed a mixer to make whip cream and had to do it by hand with a very small whisk. The pots and pans seemed pretty adequate - but there was a very minimal supply of utensils. I'd also just say that if people were really going to cook a 'dinner party' as advertised, they should not expect to have more than 1 or 2 people in the kitchen at once - pretty small!
Anyway, except for the small kitchen, other things are very fixable; and location is great!
