House is in excellent shape with up-to-date amenities. We had no problem with 9 adults sleeping (though one was on the comfy couch). The location is excellent for reaching the North Tahoe and Donner Summit area resorts. There is pub/burrito food in walking distance and it's a short drive into Truckee. Our only issue was getting the heat to work as we thought we were setting it, but this was minor.

Amazing, gorgeous place!!!

Tahoe Dans was more than I expected. The place gives a cozy and comfortable feeling and was definitely a place for a fun gathering. I personally love the fact that all the beds there are tempurpedic, a definite plus!!! The kitchen was equipped with all the equipment needed for cooking and eating as well. I highly recommend this place!

Fabulous!

We were very impressed with Tahoe Dan. The townhouse was a perfect set up for my parents (and their small dog) on the main floor and myself and my husband with our three kids on the lower level. The view on the back deck was of the golf course and perfect. We would have liked some patio chairs, however!

Location to a winery and good(but kid friendly!) restaurant are within walking distance. There is also a small playground right out front.

It was a great stay. The people at the Pullen group helped so much. It was after hours that we arrived and needed help finding the location of our rental. They immediately helped with no hesitation. The house was beautiful. Clean, up to date, close access to everything.

"People Friendly" Too

We had a great Fourth of July adventure in Tahoe and thought this unit was centrally located - close to Northstar for concerts, hiking and mountain biking. 5 minutes to downtown Truckee which was charming and had great places to eat. 30 minutes from the Lake where we rented a boat and went waterskiing. We also drove 20 minutes to alpine Meadows and went summer skiing! The house also had a brochure filled with things to do around the area - enough to keep you busy for weeks. We didn't bring our dogs but the place was set up for pets - an extra bonus. Check-in was very easy and there was a nice welcome basket filled with goodies that our kids gobbled up. The only drawback is the cost which ended up running $400 a night when you include all the taxes and other fees. Perhaps coming off season is more reasonable but we would definately consider staying here again.

Great House for a family of four + man's best friend

Tahoe Dan's was great. Loved the newness of the house. It has a room downstairs where the kids can watch T.V and hang out while the adults are upstairs. Great to be on the golf course with wide open space for the kids to play in the snow. There was great sleigh ridding for them right out side the back door. It would be great if there were a few more things in the kitchen like pans for baking and a cookie sheet for those of us who would like to make a cake or have warm chocolate chips for the kids after coming in from the snow. Bedrooms are roomy and bathrooms are great!!

Cute and convenient

Great cabin. Enjoyed a wonderful girls weekend of skiing extremely close to Northstar. Dined at the Drunken Monkey sushi restaurant steps away from the cabin. Best sushi ever!!

Birthday Weekend in Truckee

Pluses: Overall it is a very nice townhouse. Great service. Great location..loved being on the golf course which provided lots of snow for the kids and adults & dog to play. Also very close to one of our favorites stores in Truckee. The master suite was great with lots of room. A great location for dogs.
Negatives: Really not roomy enough to sleep 10 (more like 8), the sofa bed was used one night...very uncomfortable! - one couple went home early so not have to sleep on that bed again.

We loved our stay at Tahoe Dan's. It was clean, comfortable, and we enjoyed having such a nice kitchen for cooking up dinner. Our only very minor complaint was that we wished there were a couple of more comfy chairs so we could lounge around the fire after dinner. But I'd recommend it, and I'd stay there again.

Love this place!

We stayed at Tahoe Dan's between Christmas and New Year's and could not have been more pleased! The condo is just as it appears in the photos and is in excellent condition. It is well stocked with the basics (paper towels, trash bags, olive oil, sugar...) and has plenty of towels and closet space. It is a short drive (15 minutes) to Northstar at Tahoe. We used the Pullen concierge service to stock the refrigerator before our arrival, which was especially convenient! My only suggestions for improvement are to hook up the broiler (it didn't work) and to make the note about pressing the button in the upstairs shower for hotter water more visible!

one of my best family vacations

We just returned from our first "snow" vacation and loved the attention to
detail provided by Pullen Rental Group. The complimentary gift basket was
the icing on the cake. Dave at Pullen was the most helpful person. The home
was much more spacious than I expected and stocked with all the necessary
items. We just wish there was some coffee, sugar, and a bit more bath
soap/shampoo, and a hair dryer. Otherwise, I must say, it was close to perfect.
It was in a great location as we spent most of our time at Tahoe Donner (x-
country skiing) and at Northstar. The fireplace was a nice luxury to turn on.
Just wish the bed downstairs was a bit more comfortable with some better
linens and newer pillows (pillows were quite flat). We hope to return.

Our family vacations in the Spring each year in different locations to ski. Our experience this year worked out great. It was the first time we stayed in the Truckee area and was pleasantly surprized with the ease to get to everywhere we wanted to go. The home was very clean and easy all the way around. Our family enjoyed our stay!

Great Stay at Tahoe Dan's

We had a great time staying with 2 other families at Tahoe Dan's. The snow covered golf course out back was great for sledding for the kids. The house is beautiful and in wonderful condition.

This home was conveniently located in a quite road and sits adjacent to the
golf course. The golf course covered with snow provided a safe place for the
children to have snow-play and short sledding runs. The bedrooms were clean
and very spacious. The kitchen is a great place to congregate and has plenty of
counter space. Kitchen seasonings/spices is limited to just 1 rack of dry spices
- no oil, soy sauce, vinegar or condiments are supplied in the Kitchen, nor was
there plastic wrap or baggies. The towels and linens were all very nice as well.
We enjoyed our stay very much.

Tahoe Dan's Dog Friendly!

We rental Tahoe Dan's dog friendly townhouse for the first time this Feb 2010. We had a terrific time! Not only is the townhouse conveniently location to all the north shore ski resorts but it is also close to the supermarket and downtown Truckee (which has some great restaurants!). It is located in a new development circle which is perfect to walk the dogs without worry of any traffic. The townhouse was nicely decorate and had plenty of space for 6 adults. It can even sleep up to 8 adults very comfotably. Pullen group was very professional and we definately would rent this townhouse again! Maybe even later in March!
