Our property features eight suites, spa complex featuring sauna, steam room, cold water plunge, drench shower and outdoor hot tub. Response from the owner I glad to hear that you had a great time. Yes, because the property is on three levels, there are stairs, both inside the property or on the decks, so multiple ways to get around. No stairs would lead to no views, just no other way around it. What we always recomend is to have the kids or families with kids stay in Innkeeper Suite, which is over the garage and has its own kitchen. Riverview Suite and Blackrock Suites are on lower level. This was the adults can make as much noise as they want late at night or early, and the kids can get to sleep.

Response from the owner This review leaves me very much surprised. Other then asking for instruction for the fire pit, which was tested after this guests stay and works perfectly, none of the other issues were ever mentioned. The bunk bed was loose, and the loose screws were tightened up. Someone must have taken the oven knob off the oven. The cleaning crew did find it on a shelf in the pantry and put it back on the stem. Not sure who, but it was there prior to the groups arrival. The hot tub water is changed between every group and water temp is set to 100 degrees. It could be easily adjusted, if it was requested. Initially the water is cooler (since it was just changed and needs 1/2 day to come up to temperature). There are mops and a vacuum in the laundry room, must have been overlooked.
