This home is centrally located in Martis Valley in Truckee, California on a secluded cul-de-sac. Recreational activities abound less than 15 miles in any direction β from stunning Lake Tahoe to world-renowned skiing at Squaw Valley, USA. Northstar Ski Resort and the historic town of Truckee, with great dining and shopping venues, are just minutes away. And right out your door is Sawtooth Ridge (part of Tahoe National Forest), with extensive trails for mountain biking, hiking and cross country skiing.
The non-towered Truckee Airport is less than four miles from this home and Reno International is forty miles east. There is room for three cars in the garage, two cars under covered parking and several more in the driveway, which is plowed after every storm.
