This is a beautiful, bright and open home with a great floorplan. There are three bedrooms with the master located on the bottom level. The kitchen is well-equipped with anything that you would need. There is a large deck off of the dining room with tons of sun for relaxing in the summer. This is the perfect place to call home for the time that you are in Tahoe. Enjoy the amenities of Tahoe Donner, Homeowner's Beach at Donner Lake, fitness center, pools, and hot tubs!

Left on 01/18/2013 for a stay in December 2012
We were an extended family of 7 - from Grandparents to grandkids and enjoyed the experience.
A very large, very well stocked kitchen (though, why were the plates so large as well? Does the house belong to a family of small giants : )
The kitchen even included a lot of condiments so our salt, pepper and olive oil were not necessary, and they even had pancake mix and more.
Great view of the back garden?/woods? from kitchen and dinning area [nitpicking: guys, lift up the chandelier a little, my dad bumped his head at least 3 times before learning the lesson].
When we arrived we saw a hospitality kit with tooth paste, vitamin drinks and lots more in small packages. Very thoughtful.
Very clean - although leaving a somewhat sour note were leftover soaps in both showers.
A lot of towels but sheets for the extra bed were difficult to locate, and there was only the one set.
There is a washer and dryer but we weren't sure we were supposed to use them since they were not mentioned in the initial description.
Rooms are spacious and ...roomy.
The extra bed is the sofa across from the TV in the 2-level living room. It was brand new so we couldn't actually open it, but as soon as we called the rental office they sent over the handyman and he opened it (and cleaned the 3 feet of snow off the satellite dish).
Lots of kids games and scrap paper for drawing.
One note of caution - the upper railings are not enough for an interested 4 year old, mine just slipped through and he's not a skinny one.
Good location (we skied Boreal) with market and restaurant near by (did not sample, had an in-house non-skiing cook).
Overall, a recommended stay. We will personally like to return if we have enough company (maybe friends with one child?)
p.s. The photos don't do justice, the house and the surrounding area is even prettier, especially in the snow.
