The house was very nicely appointed upstairs (living/dining/kitchen) and was very comfortable. But for a relatively high-priced house, needs a few items: some kitchen items like a vegetable peeler (seems basic), garlic press, etc. Pots and pans seemed a good selection; knives were terrible (as they always seem to be in rental homes).
Biggest issue for us was that the bedrooms downstairs have only beds in them. Would be easy and nice to add lights over/ next to the beds and bedside tables for setting your phone, glass of water, etc. on. Again, for this price this doesn't seem an unreasonable expectation.
Location of this place is also nice. We were concerned it might be noisy with traffic but it wasn't. -

We stayed at Creekside Comfort for 5 days and had a wonderful time. During the day we went skiing at NorthStar, SugarBowl, and the Royal Gorge - the location of the house was great.
In the evening we enjoyed the house, cooking in the great kitchen and watching the snow fall onto a creek outside through the large picture windows everywhere in the house. The house had a lot of board games and we played a number of them, Rummikub was my favorite.
There is a nice gas fireplace in the living room which warms up the room quickly, we used it to dry off our ski clothes one day after it rained.
The bedroom was super quiet, and bathrooms are nicely done with nice finishes - very comfortable. There are 3 bedrooms with space for 3 families.
We are planning to come back in the summer try out the bbq and summer sports available in the area.
