The 3.5-room apartment has a floor area of 80 square meters and is equipped for two to four guests. It is certified as a four-star apartment. The two separate bedrooms have a double... bed and twin beds, respectively. On the large west terrace you can sit protected and enjoy a beautiful garden view. In the storage room, vacuum cleaners, irons and ironing boards are available for you.

Sleeping: Beds with adjustable bed bases and latex mattresses.

Lounging: Relax on the leather sofas and enjoy a glass of wine while watching a movie on DVD via the flat-screen TV.

The apartments are located in the quiet district Wanne on a small rise. Yet they're very well connected by public transport to the city center. Parking is available at the door. Your may come by car, but you really don't need it in Tübingen. The bus numbers 5, 13 and 17 take a few minutes to get to the inner city of Tübingen, to the hospitals or the university institutions.
You can reach many destinations from us quite easily by bicycle or on foot. For example, the following (approximate walking time in minutes in parentheses):

Additionally, one can explore the Schloss, an old castle, try punting (large wooden boats propelled by poles), or enjoy hiking or cycling in the nearby Schoenbuch, a large forest reservation area.
