This fully furnished 2-room apartment receives 1 or 2 people in Hagelloch, a district northwest of the universi...ty town of Tübingen. It features a terrace, a private entrance, a living-dining room, a bedroom, an office section, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a utility room. The entrance has closet.

The nonsmoking apartment has antiallergic parquet and tile flooring. The bed sheets and covers, rugs, and fabrics are also antiallergic for your comfort.

Living-Dining Room

The modern and bright living room has comfortable seating and views of the countryside. Satellite TV, DVD, radio and CD player, telephone (free within Germany). An inviting dining section serves 4 people. Ambient lighting completes the relaxing setting.

Terrace

The small terrace is accessed from the living room. Relax in a deck chair under a parasol and enjoy the peace while reading a good book. Every now and then your eyes catch wonderful glimpses of the Swabian Alps and the village of Hagelloch.

Bedroom

Enjoy a good night sleep in a high-quality king size bed (200 x 200 cm). The large wardrobe provides plenty of space to put away your clothes. Bed sheets and covers are changed weekly. A small desk with Internet access is at your disposal.

The kitchen is fully equipped with: tableware, a dishwasher, a microwave, a stovetop oven with grill, a fridge with freezer, a coffee maker, and a toaster. In other words, you find everything needed for preparing a pleasant meal. Soap, detergent, and cleaning tools are there too.

Bath

In the spacious bathroom with toilet you can take a shower or relax in the tub. The storeroom conveniently holds the necessaries. Shower and hand towels are available and like the rugs, they are changed weekly. A washing machine is ready to use, so you are totally independent.

Utility Room

A drying machine is in the utility room which can hold luggage, shoes, and other items you'd like out of the way. Here you also find the ironing board and iron, the vacuum cleaner, and house detergents—if you need anything.

Pricing

The occupancy is for 1–2 people. Minimum stay of one week. Prices include VAT and final cleaning. Monthly rent on request.

Also included in the price: all costs for electricity, water, waste disposal, radio and TV fee, Internet and phone calls within Germany. Weekly change of bedding and towels and apartment cleaning.

Studio dei Fiori is located in Hagelloch, a district northwest of the university town of Tübingen. The apartment is quite close to the "Nordtstadt," the area of Tübingen with the clinics, Kunsthalle, the Botanical Garden, and the Morgenstelle natural science institute.
The village has a bakery offering extra items. Large shopping centers are accessible by car within minutes or by bus (2–3 min). There two bus stops and a train station that provide easy connection.
Surroundings
Studio dei Fiori is found in the countryside near the Schönbuch Nature Park and the Swabian Alps. Fresh forest air is a few steps away. Kunsthalle can be reached in a comfortable walk. This center regularly offers interesting art exhibitions.
Also enjoy a walk to Schloss Hohenentringen with its lovely beer garden in the courtyard. The Botanical Garden of Tübingen can be reached in a few minutes by car. It's always worth a visit.
