The unit is really loud when the people upstairs walked anywhere. I am used to motels where there is not much insulation but this was nuts. Either the people were stomping around on purpose or weighed 350 lbs. each. but that wasn't the case. They were renters not owners and every time they walked it sounded like a herd of elephants. VERY LOUD..We like the greens and have stayed there before with no problem. I would suggest getting an upstairs unit as they sure are loud downstairs.

This was the second year that we stayed at the Greens at Ventana Canyon. It is a great place to vacation. The only problem we found was the mattress in our rental needed to be replaced. Other than that we had a grat time and the condo was beautiful.

Nicely maintained clean rental condo in scenic location. Our only complaint was lack of communication from property management company. At the last minute we discovered that we had not been sent our rental agreement nor had our credit card been charged as was initially indicated at time of reservation, leading us to think that perhaps our reservation had not gone through. It turned out to be a discrepancy in our credit card number, but the rental company did not notify us of this.

Prior to our arrival, questions asked via email were not answered necessitating a phone call. However, during our stay the office staff were obliging and efficient. The location is excellent - you can walk to a great supermarket & several restaurants. The unit was very well equipped and we appreciated small items left in the unit ie: salt & pepper, spices, wax paper, etc. The cleanliness needs improving. The surface was clean as was the fridge, but corners and under beds and tops of fridges, etc. had not been done for awhile.
We would definitely go back and definitely recommend the complex to friends & family. -

We had a delightful time for the month of November. We find the traffic so much lighter on this side of town, especially compared to the Rancho Vistoso area. There is an "out in the country" feel here, but all amenities are but a short walk away. Can't wait to come back.

Very well equiped; kitchen excellent (one exception below). Low water pressure in master bedroom shower. No charcoal filter in the stove over microwave ( probably never has been and this makes cooking spread odor & oils throughout the apt when cooking) That is important problem to those who like to cook. $60 twice a year to fix. Save a lot of collected oils on the walls over time.
