Nice and clean. Very comfortable for two couples or family. Air conditioning unit for the first floor condo was loud and kitchen was a bit small if you plan on cooking all your meals.

For what it's worth, there is no Kay Silkensen. I am Brad Silkensen and I made the reservation and stayed at the property.
Regarding experience, it was excellent. Price was great, property was very close to in-laws which was desired, and the condo itself was quite nice. Property views and proximity to hiking, etc. was fantastic. I would stay there again for sure. -

The condo was great but the kitchen was small so eating out was called for. Easy to do in the area. Great views from the patio and the management hosted parties were a blast!! Thanks!

This condo is in a great location. It is nestled up against the Santa Catalina foothills in a nice quiet area. If you're a hiker or biker, a limitless amount of trails are mere minutes away. You get the feeling of getting away to the mountains with all the conveniences of big city living just minutes away. It truly feels like you are "getting away" from the hustle and bustle. This area of Tucson is absolutely beautiful! We will go back time and time again and tell all our friends.

There was a kitchen towel sized handywipe in the garbage disposal: odor was awful and removing the item was less than pleasant for us. Also, would choose another unit with HD TV on our next visit.
