Super cute 1 bedroom casitas. Each of these casitas, have bedrooms that are so spacious it fits a... california king size bed and still feels like you have plenty of room. Huge walk in closet as big as some Apts 2nd bedrooms, leather living room furniture, custom tile floors, private covered parking, private fenced in yard, and CLOSE TO EVERYTHING. If you are coming to Tucson to see the sights, or be close to the University this is a primo location for you.

LIVING ROOM: Features beamed ceilings, beautiful tongue and groove pine walls, 2 new leather recliners, and comfy leather couch. Custom tile floor, Open and airy. Ceiling fan and air conditioning. Right off the kitchen so conversation and watching tv while cooking is easy. Cable TV, WIFI Internet, dvd player and vhs player in livingroom. Also family gameboards like chess, checkers, scrabble, playing cards, and boggle are provided for family fun and entertainment!

KITCHEN: Features full size appliances including stove, oven, microwave, and refridgerator. Fully stocked with everything you need to make your meals and save a bundle. No need to go to restaurants every day when you can make your meals right here. There is a sit down breakfast bar w/ stools. Custom tile floors and backsplash. Open beam ceilings, decorated with lots of southwest charm and ambiance.

BEDROOM; Very large bedroom! California king size bed with super size walk in closet. Brand new carpeting, wood beamed ceilings with ceiling fan and pine walls makes it feel like you are in the mountain hide-away. Large walk in closet, supplied with a queen size air mattress - may be useful for any additional guests! Peacefully decorated with a sliding glass door that invites you outside onto your private patio and fully walled in back yard.

BATHROOM: Tile floors, custom tile walls with southwest decor. Bathtub and shower together. High ceilings, skylight, pine walls, and decor. Bright, Cute and Clean!

OUTSIDE: Shady front yard with white picket fence, small front porch, covered carport gives you a friendly welcome home feeling every time you come back. Rear yard is fully fenced and private, good size with covered patio that you can access right off your master bedroom through double patio doors. LOCATION: Walking distance to beautiful park with YMCA facilities and large swimming pool. Public swimming thruout the year only 1.00 for adults and 50cents for children. Tennis courts, basketball courts, large playground, etc. Located about a block away! Also on bus route, close to TMC, UMC, U of A, Shopping, Movie Theater, Zoo, Tucson Botanical Garden, UA planetarium, Ft. Lowell Park where the old fort re-inactments and buildings are located, McCormick Park & so much more. If you are looking for a convienent central location - THIS IS IT!

Reservation is not considered complete until payment and signed booking confirmation has been returned. Total due may be paid with one payment or using a 2 payment plan. 1/2 of the total is due immediately to place a reservation and to hold it. Final 1/2 is due 30 days or more in advance of arrival (US guests) and 45 days in advance if International guests as their payments may take longer to clear.

ACCEPTABLE METHODS OF PAYMENT: Credit Card, Debit Card, Personal Check
If paying by personal check payment must be made at least 30 days before arrival (domestic) 45 days (international) in order to give enough time for check to clear the bank.

If Paying by Credit Card Debit Card we use Paypal to process those payments. You DO NOT need a paypal acct to pay for your booking thru them. Please note there is a 3% processing fee initiated by the credit card companies and paypal that will be added to your total due.

  I stayed a week here and enjoyed it very much. The place is well equipped and I talked with the owner a couple of times, she was always very helpful. This is probably a typical Tucson neighborhood, and was very quiet. Grocery stores and gas station are very close, and it's easy to get around to the various places to see in the area. Sabino Canyon, one of my favorite places, is very easy to get to from here. Thanks for a great stay!
