Tuscaloosa, AlabamaAbsolutely the best choice
Left on 08/27/2012 for a stay in July 2012
A very peaceful, private, meticulously furnished home. I could not of wanted for anything, all details were thought of and provided for.
As we sat on the patio I enjoyed watching the hummingbirds; their food is in the refrigerator, premixed and ready to dispense. In the morning there were rabbits, quail, roadrunners and other wildlife to watch as I sat on the patio to have my morning cup of coffee.
The gas grill was well maintained and easy to operate; we enjoyed several meals that were prepared on the grill.
I hope that the owners have been able to get the fountain and Malibu lighting operational. I imagine that with the gentle sound of the fountain, the soft lighting, and beautiful views of the Santa Catalina's, I would not of moved from the patio.
The Sabino Springs community has a lot to do; walking, bike riding, swimming, gym, and of course golf.
With all of this being said, I want to mention that the property manager [------] adds a personal touch which makes this rental different than the others. Because of her personal touch, [------] and I have become friends and we keep in touch regularly. -

Washington, DCGreat apartment on a great desert golf course
Left on 03/12/2012 for a stay in March 2012
This beautifully appointed townhome in Sabino Springs, the gated community surrounding arizona National Golf Club, is really the perfect location for the couple (or two) interested in a golf vacation. The unit is newly (and tastefully) furnished and all of the essentials -- kitchen equipment, linens, bedding, gas grill, Hdtv and wifi -- are top notch. Spacious, comfortable bedrooms, a large greatroom, and high ceilings throughout with a nice private patio bordering the 7th green and 8th fairway. And the property manager is wonderful: helpful and always available while allowing you your privacy. We really could not have been happier and considered this an extremely good value. You will love it!

Durango, ColoradoA Diamond in the Rough
Left on 03/05/2012 for a stay in January 2012
Bronia was hospitable, organized, personable, responsible, and showed concern for her wonderful house. Four of us spent 2 weeks and enjoyed the floor plan, quality of interior, comfortable beds, central social area for conversation-Tv-music-computer-meals, quiet and almost secluded at the end of Pinnacle. The "rough" was actually a bird sanctuary between the 8th fairway-green and the patio. She provided a very useful binder including all the local attractions and activities with directions, contact info and suggestions.

Highland Park, ILOur stay at this property in Tucson has been wonderful.
Left on 02/16/2012 for a stay in February 2012
The house is very spacious, beautifully furnished, very clean, well stocked with supplies, and situated in a magnificent setting in the foothills with a golf course, clubhouse and walking trails nearby. The service we received from the owner was welcoming, helpful and efficient. She thought of everything we would could possibly need to make our stay a pleasant one. She even prepared a guidebook with information about the stores and restaurants in our neighborhood as well as sites to see in Tucson and surrounding areas. Her attention to detail was amazing. I would definitely stay at this property again.
