We spent six weeks in this peaceful and very comfortable setting. The house had everything we needed and then some.The location is ideal. The neighborhood is very quiet and yet everything we needed such as basic shopping, restaurants and even an urgent care clinic is within a short drive. The views from both the front and back are outstanding, especially the night view from the patio.We were treated to some spectacular sunrises while sipping coffee in the dinette area off the kitchen.We enjoyed walking at the nearby park which includes a small lake.There are hiking trails nearby and we were treated to seeing a variety of desert wildlife without leaving the premises.
The rooms are "roomy", there's lots of closet space plus a convenient laundry room that is very handy for a longer stay. It's a perfect "home away from home". We definitely plan to return.

We had a wonderful Christmas with our family this year at this lovely home. The house was tastefully decorated inside and out for the holidays. The great floor layout provided an open kitchen area, spacious sitting areas, was very roomy, and so we could all be together or be apart in our own space! (Inside and outside!) The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the house had ample tv's! The kitchen was fully stocked, so we had everything we needed, just like home, for both holiday baking and major meal preparation, even outside grilling!
The wildlife in the area was very interesting, and the views of the mountains and sunsets breathtaking! We got to see the city lights, including the Christmas lights, looking down on the city at night-beautiful! The neighborhood was very quiet, and was a great place to take a jog! Shopping was conveniently located nearby.
Marion and Jim asked for suggestions because they are new to vacation renting. Not only were they open to suggestions, but they provided the items we needed immediately! We got a great deal because we were the first renters!
We had a wonderful, very memorable Christmas and highly recommend this very comfortable "home away from home" vacation home!
