This newly renovated guest house offers a soaker tub, queen bed, two small futons, coffee maker, microwave, mini-fridge, free wifi, t.v, and a private entrance with a patio for enjoying our lovely warm weather. Duvets, sheets and towels are provided and coffee and tea is on us during your stay!

We spent 3 weeks at the 4th ave guest house with our two small children. It is clean, bright, spacious and airy. The décor is Japanese style minimalist -very tasteful. All of this makes it a very calming retreat (as does the adjacent garden). There is huge soaker tub and the queen sized bed in the separate bedroom is very comfortable. Location is also great - short walking distance to the University and associated shopping. (Most things to see in Tucson require driving.)
