On the north side of Tucson, this 1200 square foot villa commands a stunning view of the Catalinas high above the city center. Nestled in a prestigious guard-gated community the villa sits among large saguaro cacti and high desert vegetation. While the villa is within a community there there is a large patio surrounded by flowering desert bushes. The interior, with comfortable south west decor is designed to provide comfort and a sense of space. The master suite with a queen size bed contains its own private bath and walkin closet.
