This detached cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms in the village of Tully on the west coast of County Galway. Bramble Cottage is situated in the idyllic seaside village of Tully on the Galway coast in the west of Ireland. With all of the accommodation on the ground floor, this cottage has one double and one twin room, a family shower room and an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a comfortable sitting area with an open fire and an Inglenook fireplace. To the outside of the cottage is a lawned garden with furniture and a barbecue as well as off road parking for two cars. Bramble Cottage is just a couple of m...inutes walk from the local shop and pub and is just 10 minutes walk from the beach making this an ideal holiday cottage for a family break.

Amenities: Oil central heating with open fire in open plan living area. Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi. Library of books. Starter pack for open fire inc. in rent. First €5 of oil and €5 of electricity inc. in rent, after which, electricity charged at 20 cents per unit via a meter reading and oil charged at 95 cents per litre via a meter reading, payable to the owner. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lawned garden to front and rear with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 3 mins walk, beach 10 mins walk.

Region: Towering cliffs stand next to vast stretches of golden sand, whilst vast mountain ranges cradle cool, low-lying lakes. The Galway region epitomises the term ‘great outdoors’; with fantastic walking and cycling and exhilarating water sports.

Town: The village of Tully sits on the picturesque Renvyle Peninsula in County Galway where the fishermen still land the daily catch on the small pier by the beach. The village has two bars with restaurants, a post office, two supermarkets and a horse-riding centre, as well as Teach Ceoil, a music house which holds traditional evenings of music each Tuesday evening during July and August. Across the bay are the mountains of Mweelrea and Croagh Patrick, and within easy reach are Connemara National Park, Kylemore Abbey, and Inishboffin Island, not to mention numerous walking and cycling routes, sea cruises, angling trips and much more.Read more

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

  A very warm welcome on arrival, this cottage has everything you need for a very enjoyable holiday. The owners treated us to a cooked breakfast and told us all about the local attractions, which was much appreciated. The open fire was used nearly every night. When we got to the end of our two week holiday we did not want to leave. The cottage and beautiful scenery made this celebration holiday one to remember! Kylemore abbey was absolutely stunning and well worth a visit!
