Posada Yum Kin is located in a very quiet area, just a 10 minute walk to downtown or a 10 minute drive to Tulum's world famous beaches, the Mayan ruins or the Sian Ka'an Biosphere.
Drive along Carretera Federal #307 from Cancun 81 miles or 130 km and once in Tulum turn right on Avenida Cobá, at the street lights, you'll see San Francisco Supermarket on your right. Drive half a mile and turn left on first paved road, you'll see My Bodega Aurrera Supermarket on the corner, drive 0.6 miles until paved road, turn right, make 1 block, turn right again and drive 3 more blocks until you see Yum Kin's white facade on your left.

Hele fijne en rustige plek in tulum. Erg aardig peesoneel, fijne kamer en heerlijk zwembad. Prima ontbijt. We hadden een erg relaxed verblijf hier. We konden gebruik maken van fietsen, en kregen goede tips!

What a delightful surprise. Our hosts were wonderful. The facilities clean and private. Gorgeously tropical. So quiet and peaceful. We'll be back. Our young son (7 yrs) was a little taken aback when he was told there was no TV service but we didn't miss it a bit. Less than 5 minutes from the Puebla's main street or grocery stores. Less than 10 minutes to the Tulum beaches and the ruins. We just loved it and so did our son. Our best stay so far in Tulum so far. What a value!!

The condo was clean & comfortable & everything worked except the pool was empty. The place is on the dark side which can be a nice reprieve from the non-stop sun. The complex is mostly owned by Italians & there was chatter to be heard (in Italian) all day & all night long. I slept with earplugs but my daughter doesn't like to wear earplugs & she had some sleepless nights. The owners are the kindest & will do everything possible to make your stay there pleasant. I felt safe there.

La maison d'hôtes est difficile à trouver tout au bout d'une rue au centre de Tulum ; elle n'est pas sur la plage. A part ces deux inconvénients, elle est parfaite : une chambre de 50 m² comportant une cuisine aménagée et une grande salle de bain ; donnant sur une terrasse semi-privée avec hamac et un patio luxuriant. La maison comporte une piscine et une terrasse pour observer les étoiles. Julie est une hôtesse extrêmement attentionnée et serviable. Une de nos meilleures adresses au Mexique.
