This condominium is part of the newest and most luxurious apartment complex Tulum has ever seen. One of 34 condos it has everything you need to enjoy your vacation and relax. It´s your choice, stay in and work on your tan by the pool with a refreshing cocktail surrounded by the lush gardens, or you can venture out and enjoy a myriad of activities. The condo is a short bike ride from the world renowned beaches of tulum and the turquoise waters of the Mexican Caribbean. Rent a Jeep and go explore Sian Kaan, the largest biosphere in all of Mexico. The Mayan Ruins of Tulum are just a ten minute bike ride up the road. Coba and Chichen Itza, two more world famous Mayan Ruin sites, are 30 minutes and an hour away from the Condo. Tulum city center is close by as well, where you can buy all your souvenirs and gifts. The largest supermarket in Tulum is three minutes down the road, where you will find everything you need to cook dinner at home or make a margarita. There is private parking for the condo and we offer bicycle rental if you want to enjoy Tulum at a slower pace. If you want to take a day trip to Playa del Carmen you can take the "Combi" or express van for just a few dollars. With so many things to see you can spend every day sightseeing or adventure seeking in the jungle or you can relax your days away on the amazing beaches.

Fantastic place

We love Tulum & were very pleased to find aldea Zama.
We stayed in condo #212 for 15 days & to be honest it's the best place we've stayed in yet, we had all of the comfort of our own home,sky TV, washing machine & dryer, fully equiped kitchen, the condo was spotless and nicely decorated.
The 2 bedrooms were spacious, hot water avaible which is a luxury in Tulum.
The condo is very well situated aswell, inbetween the town & the road to the beaches.
Big thanks to Brian, who was a really nice guy, always willing to help out & give us handy information.
Can't wait to come back -

We stayed in #204 for a week and loved it. The accommodations we very nice and had most of what we needed for our trip. My friend and I are used to camping so this was quite luxurious for us, and the price was so affordable. For folks who are used to fully stocked condo rentals, this may not be the unit for you, however Brian manages a few units and would set you up with something that you would love. Once the unit gets updated with a few more items, it would be the perfect unit for any traveler: from the minimalist person who is gone most of the time to the family that may spend more time in the unit.
Brian is awesome and can help you with anything you need. He is also very trustworthy. Rent a unit from him! You will love the convenient location between the town and the beach, the option for air conditioning, the little refreshing pool and the quick access to bike trails. I will definitely be back. The condo complex is brand new and first class. Our unit appeared totally unused and well equipped with everything, towels, bedlinen, kitchen ware, wi-fi, satellite TV, etc. Brian, who manages this unit and others, was very accommodating, answering any questions and solving all problems, incl. a serious one with the wi-fi (after much trial and error by having a new roof antenna installed and cables drawn to our unit on the ground floor - a several hrs long project but worth it in the end).
The price for all this was very reasonable, probably due to the location not being prime - yet - but within easy bicycle distance to everything, beaches, downtown, supermarket, ruins, etc. Basically the complex is in the middle of the jungle within a huge tract, Aldeo Zama, to be developed with us luxury standard housing, hotels, shops and the like.
I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to those who are active. But there is ample parking for those who are not.
