Casa Rosa is an absolutely wonderful vacation home with every amenity you could ever dream of. The house is so wonderfully decorated and clean. We have stayed in this house four different times and highly recommend spending your vacation here. Maria and Bernardino take wonderful care of the house while you stay here and we hired them to cook dinner for us. It was one of the best meals we had over a 2 week stay. Wonderful snorkeling and a great beach just out the back door and 2 kayaks to use at your leisure. We will definitely be back again.

The house was gorgeous! We went with 2 other couples and 2 teenagers - it was perfect for our group. We loved the decks on different levels - our group was able to spread out nicely in the house. The pictures of the inside of the house don't do it justice - the furnishings were very nice and the house is well stocked with games, beach bags and a cooler. And the beds were very comfy! We also loved how one of the bathrooms had a door to the outside so you didn't bring in a bunch of sand every time you used the bathroom
The house was easy to book and the owners were extremely helpful and answered all of our questions pre-trip
The beach is lovely. We had a great time beach combing and watching the pelicans.
Maria and Bernadino were great. We had them cook dinner for us one night and it was amazing. They set the table for us, cleaned up and packed up leftovers. There was enough food left over for dinner the next night.
We loved Tulum. We were in Mexico at the height of spring break, yet we had the beach to ourselves.
The kids loved Matinee cenote and we arranged a snorkle/dive trip with the dive shop at the end of the road. 2 people in our group are divers, but the rest of the group wanted to snorkel. They were able to accommodate the entire group and we had a great time

Casa meravigliosa, spiaggia con molte palme dai quali ogni giorno si potevano raccogliere e mangiare i cocchi (gentilmente preparati da Bernardino!). Mare da lasciare senza fiato e tutto questo assolutamente privato. In due settimane di permanenza abbiamo visto solo passeggiare qualche persona sulla spiaggia.
La casa dunque é molto isolata, ma durante il giorno era sempre presente una persona (che si occupava di tenere in perfetto stato il giardino e la spiaggia), mentre di notte un'altra persona stava intorno alla casa in vigilanza...ottimo!!!

As a travel writer and photographer for more than a decade, I have travelled extensively throughout Mexico and had the great fortune to experience amazing beaches on each of its coasts. My wife and I have also rented homes throughout the country and, without question, Casa Rosa is the best we have found. We rented the house to celebrate my father's 80th birthday and my wife's 40th birthday and it is difficult to express what a true pleasure it was to have Casa Rosa as our home for those ten days. The house very comfortably accommodated five adults and two small children and offered quiet and privacy, but with ready access to all Tulum has to offer. Minutes from the ruins and the many excellent restaurants in town, Casa Rosa was the perfect getaway. The house itself is clean and everything is perfectly maintained. Whether lounging in one of the hammocks in the cool breeze coming off the Caribbean Sea, watching sea turtles lay their eggs on our beach, enjoying a delicious meals prepared by the warm and accommodating caretakers, Bernadino and Maria, our stay at Casa Rosa inspired a rare sense of contentment and tranquility. I can't recommend Casa Rosa highly enough. Our only complaint is that it will now be hard to stay anywhere else-some of our friends have already booked the house and we're planning to do the same next year!

Casa Rosa is truly a gem in paradise. We were a group 4 single adults who rose early to enjoy our beautiful breakfast on the terrace, overlooking the sea. The house is also perfectly suited for families and those with children. Immaculately clean and tidy, you can tell the owners put a lot of heart and soul into their charming abode. Casa Rosa has everything one would need: breezy spacious bedrooms, full kitchen w/ all appliances and utensils, clean fresh-water bathrooms, and plenty of big open space to chill and hangout, both in- and outdoors. The location is easy to access and close to most of Tulum's attractions, but also very private and secure.
...One of the most memorable vacations of my life, thanks to Casa Rosa!!
