Casa los amigos is situated on the south side of Tulum, in "Colonia La Veleta", aprox. 6 km from the beach, a few km's from the most beautiful of cenotes, 1 km from supermarkets and fruit stores and zero km from nature. For your convenience we provide two bikes. Taxis are inexpensive in Tulum and there's plenty of them everywhere.
Additionally I am located in the area and have lots of knowledge about activities, tours, restaurants, beaches, buses, etc etc so feel free to email with questions regarding this as well.

Amazingly nice and modern house in Tulum with own pool and garden. 2 Bedrooms rooftop and your own private pool. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a flat TV and internet.
Nico and Marc are the best hosts one could wish for: pick-up from the airport and even a car was included.
I stayed there with friends just for 4 nights - I wish i would have stayed longer - but I will come back for sure. -

I stayed at Casa los amigos for a couple of days and the experience was amazing. The peace and quiet that Tulum offers can't be found anywhere else. I went there to relax and do some of my work. There is nothing like waking up in the morning and being able to work for hours without distractions sitting next to the pool.
The ocean is close enought for you to bike there since the bycicles are also included and there are a couple of really good restaurants around if you enjoy sea food.
In one sentence, I would say that Casa los amigos is the perfect place to balance work, relaxation and party. -

A wonderful gem located in town of Tulum down the street from an amazing restaurant (Aguachiles). I was able to experience the rustic part of Tulum without sacrificing modern amenities such as hot water, internet and a kitchen.
It was so lovely to be able to come back after a day at the beach and cook my own meals as well as take a hot shower and sit out on the deck further relaxing.
The owner Marco was very helpful in telling me how to get around, and see Tulum the way the locals do it. I definitely plan to return and bring some friends. -

Well, how lucky were we! The new Villa at Tulum was fantastic. Brand new and very cosy. This 2 bedroom apartment had everything we needed, plus more. Tulum is a great town to base yourself in and explore all that is on offer. Beaches, cenotes, ruins, restaurants, bars and fantastic people... so much to tempt you away from the villa. But coming home every afternoon to the cool pool and shaded garden was something also to look forward to. Walk to town, or ride the bike - what are you going to do today? Marc was a wonderful host, left us a welcome pack of wine & snacks and made sure everything was just right. A great week in a great place, thank you very much. We hope to return one day. Cheers from the aussies.

We stayed in Tulum during the first week of the year and had such a good time there. The Villa is really clean,comfortable and offers everything you need. Even Wifi was good although the house is basically located in the jungle.
We enjoyed the rooftop terrace in the evenings and the pool to cool down after our sightseeing tours. The place is very close to the centre of Tulum and some excellent restaurants and nice Mexican shops. The owners offered us bikes which we used to get to the beautiful beaches of Tulum and the famous Maya ruins. Marc and Nico are really helpful, warm and friendly and even picked us up from the airport in Cancun. We also rented a car from them to get to Coba and Cichen Itza.
Overall, excellent option to stay in Tulum.
