Enjoy the fantastic space and privacy of this brand new 3 bedroom penthouse condo at beautiful Zama Village in the eco-development of Aldea Zama. You have the ENTIRE THIRD FLOOR plus the WHOLE PRIVATE ROOFTOP of the building giving spectacular views over the jungle canopy. Several terraces and private rooftop with jacuzzi totals 3347 sq. ft. of living space. This is the only 3 bedroom and the largest condo for rent in the complex. Quiet location outside the town but near the beaches and everything you may need. Two minutes to a great new grocery store that rivals anything in Playa. Bike or walk to the nearby beaches on dedicated paved bike path. Over 50 places to eat on the beach or in the town of Tulum.

With two bedroom balconies, two large terraces off of the master bedroom and living room, and the entire roof top of the building as your own space to relax, sunbath, or to enjoy a drink, you will live outside as much as inside--and all very private. No-one walking past your entry door or windows.

This is a true tropical paradise! Lots of room for two, four or six guests. You will enjoy the privacy and generous space of having the complete third floor plus the huge private roof top of the building exclusively for your use. Breakfast on the deck as the sun rises and wine on the terrace as the sun sets. The refreshing roof top jacuzzi is great for kids or adults to cool off.

The penthouse is very private and secure. We sleep with all the glass terrace doors (screened) open at night to enjoy the breezes in the bedrooms and the living room. There is controlled entry to the condo project. Quiet and safe location but near beaches and the waterfront and town restaurants. Night security patrol.

At your treetop level you will see many birds: purple grackles, orioles, flycatchers, parrots, swallows and this year we saw a tucan!

Most of the unique furniture is custom made by Mayan craftsmen using local renewable hardwoods. Outdoor dining at the table for eight in the covered terrace is lovely. There is an indoor dining table for six as well.

Each of the three bedrooms is large and each has its own private balcony or terrace as well as a full bathroom with glass enclosed showers. Plush new Serta beds (2 queens and 2 individual) ensure a comfortable night. Large sliding doors let in cooling breezes during quiet evenings. Each room has air/con--but rarely needed. We find the overhead fans usually adequate. Lots of storage in many closets and cabinets.

Lovely kitchen with quality appliances and beautiful granite counter tops. Bosch cooktop and oven. You will also enjoy the original paintings throughout the bright and airy rooms. Free wireless internet.

The pool and buildings are a very special design and it is probably the nicest project in Tulum. The builders have preserved trees throughout the development and around the pool. While being at the beach is truly wonderful, we enjoy coming home, washing off in the outdoor shower and having a dip in the fresh water of the pool.

This is our second home in Tulum. We have been helping guests enjoy the area for five years and will be happy to pass on our 'local knowledge' We like assisting guests to experience a memorable vacation in Tulum. Closest condo to the famous beaches of Tulum. Just a short 2 or 3 minute drive, walk or better yet bike on the dedicated bicycle path to the beach. We are in the new eco-development of Aldea Zama and part of wonderful Zama Village. Quiet, safe and natural. Minutes from the great village of Tulum with over 50 places to eat. Close to the Tulum ruins.

Two new bikes and only eleven minutes by bike to the nearest beach and minutes from a fantastic new superstore for groceries.

Private off-street parking with night security patrol.

Due to consideration of past guests--no cleaning fees or damage deposit. In return, we ask that guests treat our home with respect. Price is for up to 4 guests. $50 per week per extra guest-- up to a total of six guests.. Very nice new bikes available. We charge $20 per bike per week. Rentals in town are $8 to $10 per day. There are no additional charges. Discount offered for 2 weeks or more.

  We've been traveling to Tulum for years and this is the best place we've been yet! Very private and spacious with the whole top floor and rooftop. Three ample sized bedrooms all with ensuites made it very convenient. We loved the two patios and the pool was awesome. It was only a few minutes to the beach or town. Highly recommended!
