Sleeping four people in two bedrooms, this excellent quality detached property is in the village of Tunstall in the Lune Valley. The Paddock is a detached property, very well-equipped and superbly finished, in the village of Tunstall in the Lune Valley. There is a ground floor twin with en-suite shower room, and a first floor super king-size double with en-suite bathroom. The excellent kitchen has an island, walk-in pantry and dining area, while the sitting room has a log burning stove. All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. The "Min. Per Night" prices quoted are based on the weekly rental price, they are not applicable for short breaks. See our short break policy or ask for further details.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

The Paddock is a lovely as it looks in the photos. Very modern comfortable property and for us in an excellent location as we were exploring the Lake District. Bed was very comfortable, luxury fitted bathroom and kitchen with all expected amenities. We had a couple of small main thence issues that were quickly dealt with by the very friendly owners. We would definitely like to go back and stay again. Superb holiday letting. Highly recommend.

A beautifully apponted home from home. Spotlessly clean. Everything available from luxury towels to top of the range kitchen appliances. Not forgetting the posh electric gates! The only "problem" we encountered was the local animal life - Do sheep have a volume control?
