The villa is located 5 minutes walk from the bus stop in to Turgutries. The first local shop is next to the bus stop. Another 5 minutes walk along the local road is the next market shop, and 5 minutes further is the village itself which has 2 more market shops, the Mosque a small cafe and 3 wateredge restaurants; all serve lovely food, one speciallises in seafood.
A 5 minute walk to the south of the villa is the sea and beaches; on the way there is a 5* hotel and spa which offers non-residants a day pass which includes meals.
3 miles along the road is Gumusluk which is famous for containing Mindos harbour and about 20 fish restaurants; these are pricey but the food generally amazing!
3 miles the other way along the road is Turgutries where there are shops and food places galore, as well as a Saturday market.

2nd visit to this villa, not disappointed yet again. Very clean, well equiped and lovely location. Beachside returants within walking distance.
I would not recommend this villa to less able bodied/wheelchair bound people due to the roads surrounding it.
Local shops have minimal stock but Turgutries is a short dolmus ride away with supermarkets. -

2nd rental of this property and it did not disappoint. Very well equiped, clean and pleasant location. Excellent transfers with local representative who spoke good english.
Nice restaurants within walking distance. Some local shops with minimal choice, but supermarkets a short dolmus ride away.

Great property in a pretty location handy for the beach and buses to Turgutreis. It was everything we had expected and just right for a relaxing holiday. The arrival and departure arrangements were easy and flexible, everyone we came across was friendly and welcoming and despite the weather being less than perfect we had a lovely time. Lovely, well maintained comfortable property in good location. Good sized pool, also well maintained. Plenty of space around the pool for the 6 properties on the site. Close to beaches & local dolmus service. Pleasant walking in the area, mainly on the flat. Very comfortable beds, lovely large towels, plenty of domestic equipment for self catering, all in all a lovely place.

The house was really comfortable and spacious. The utilities were new and of a very good quality. The villa was tastefully furnished with lots of thoughtful touches like the CDs and Dvds. Cooking was a pleasure due to the quality of the kitchen and the local produce. Eating out was also easy, well-priced and of a really good quality. The bigger bedroom has plenty of space for two and the smaller one has ample space. The roof terrace adds to the choices for privacy, eating and sunbathing. The pool is a good size and the area around it is well maintained. In fact, the attention from the locals to our needs was pitched just right. Walking from the house to the beach and the town was a pleasure and the local bus service is impressive, friendly and cheap. I intend to return and I highly recommend this.

We really enjoyed our holiday in this villa! The location was brilliant, nice and quiet and pretty but within walking distance of the busier resort of Turgutreis. The pool and gardens are lovely and the villa is beautifully furnished, very clean and comfortable and has everything you could wish for. Always the photos on the internet look far nicer than in reality, but not in this case the photos dont do it justice. Would definately like to holiday here again!
