So while away your precious holiday time at our traditionally-styled private house with expansive ocean views. With its very own pool and sun deck. A covered area is ideal for evening meals as it is fully lit – and so is the pool at night.

Enjoy splashing in the ocean and playing in the purest coral sand. Well away from the resorts.

In the morning watch the sun rise from th...e wraparound screened verandah. And stroll to the beach and watch the sun rise from across Grace Bay.

Spend the day lazing by the pool surrounded by tropical gardens. Better still – relax in the purest waters and soak up the sunshine. Once the kids are asleep, take pleasure in ‘our time’ over a glass of wine and a civilised supper.

Inside is amazingly commodious living accommodation on the upper floor. Experience the exceptionally light and spacious living areas with high cathedral ceilings throughout. Plenty of room for everyone as the living room has 3 sofas and the latest Sony Bravia TV with cable and Internet services. With access to the screened verandah, with expansive ocean views.

The kitchen comes with a stove, microwave, refrigerator with integral ice-maker, coffee-maker, blender, kettle, etc. Downstairs there is a laundry room with separate washer and dryer for guest use. And an external shower for cleaning off the sand when returning from the beach. Plus a drying room for diving suits and equipment.

Off the living area are two bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom with tub & shower over. Louvres and fans keep the place cool throughout. Bedrooms have air-con for when the temparature soars. The West bedroom has patio doors opening onto the verandah and has ocean views.

The East bedroom too is cooled by gentle breezes. And bathed with gentle light through to the verandah.

On arrival at the Blue Villa, see the large screened room called the “Tree House” over the car-port.

Known to host a dozen or so people for sit-down meals - a perfect venue for everyone to get together over a beer to recall the day’s adventures!

On the lower level (ground floor), each with its own entrance, are a third and fourth bedroom, both having an en-suite bathroom with shower, sand it can be configured for 2 twins. The fourth bedroom has a kitchenette and opens on to the pool area – popular with the teens. This is currently configured for 2 twins. We never rent rooms to separate bookers.

Our best kept secret is is the beach access path that leads to an exquisite and very quiet beach at the East end of Smith’s Reef. Immediately opposite the beach path is one of the best snorkelling sites on the whole island. So don’t forget to bring fins and masks!

A short drive away is Conch Shack, as featured in “The New York Times”, on Blue Hills Road. It is renowned for its local specialities - chicken curry, with peas and rice, or conch fritters. For car hire Grace Bay Car Rentals come to the villa or leave at the airport.

Additional Location Information

This is a fantastic, safe and convenient location. It is a 2 minute walk to to the quiet part of Grace Bay beach. Within a 5 minute walk along a concrete sidewalk is Harbour Towne at Turtle Cove Marina. It really isn’t essential to have a car rental. There is a small convenience store nearby towards the marina. The IGA store is a convenient one mile away, takes 20 minutes to walk to, and there are taxis to bring back the groceries. A new deli-style supermarket is about 2 miles away near the Seven Stars resort.
At Turtle Cove are highly recommended restaurants: Green Bean Café, Shark Bite, Baci, Magnolia and Tiki Hut! All overlook the marina with its sport fishing boats selling fish to passers-by on the boardwalk. Most have take-outs. Every season hosts a major fishing tournament at the marina.
For aficiandos of diving, Provo Turtle Divers has a shop. Dive Provo send their bus for pick-up from the villa. Find scooter and bike hire at Scooter Bobs. The Wrightfully Fit Fitness Center is just up the hill.

Rates vary according to season and number of bedrooms needed. Prices are subject to change without notification. Our standard rental is for 3 bedroom. An optional 4th bedroom is available. The rate of $3600 per week is illustrative of low season for 3 bedrooms. This EXCLUDES TAX of 11%. The minimum number of bedrooms is 2. If you only require 1 bedroom, the 2 bedroom rate applies. The per night rate shown is the room rate. Payment terms are 25% to reserve, with balance due 60 days before arrival (note: Flipkey only allows 1 month or 3 months before to be shown online). Payments are non-refundable, we expect travellers to have insurance cover.

  It is with great pleasure that we write this review of one of the most peaceful and glorious vacations we have ever experienced. So from the beginning... and after much research a decision was made to rent Blue Villa for the month of February 2012. As a vacation destination,Turks and Caicos, had always been a dream...one that came true in every sense of the word. Our flight from Toronto was delayed; however, once underway and what seemed to be just a very short flight the island of Turks and Caicos came into full view from our plane. Glorious azure waters, powder white sands, a myriad of cays and a reef that stretched forever.
  
  Disembarking and coming through immigration was straight forward and soon we hired a cab to take us to Blue Ville, situated slightly east and a five minute walk from Turtle Cove, Provo. Driving onto Donkey Lane and catching a glimpse of Blue Villa was exhilarating. Our hosts, Louise and adrian met us within minutes and kindly carried our luggage and offered to drive us to the local IGa for groceries and other supplies. For two weary travelers this was a gift of kindness not forgotten. After a brief discussion we were totally entrenched in this shopping experience! The fruit and vegetable selection was vast with both local harvest and of course many imports as well. Fresh bakery items are prepared daily and the blueberry and cranberry scones are remarkable. Adrian met us conveniently in the wine aisle which was also extensive. The local rum is excellent. If you are a beer lover purchase your beer at the little shop at the azul Condo complex otherwise be prepared to pay $73.00 case in any other store. The grocery store is a brief 10 minute walk from Blue Villa and the scenery is breath taking with ocean views surrounding you. Take a cab home--about $10.00 one way and if you are carrying multiple bags it is the best way---save your energy for swimming in the pool or snorkeling on the reef!
  
  Blue Villa is absolutely beautiful...spacious, peaceful and spotless with spectacular views of the pool , the reef and the ocean. Rooms are comfortable, well maintained and relaxing. The large upper screened in patio areas are perfect for lazy morning breakfasts, peaceful readings in the early afternoon and they transform into romantic star-lite dining rooms in the evening.
  
  A brief walk down the garden path takes you to the ocean, the calming beach front with crushed coral (not silica)sand and the ever changing reef. Snorkeling is easy and always an adventure for those first timers and those who are seasoned snorkelers!
  
  Grace Bay is about a 5 km walk along the beach and the many stops along the way make this walk enjoyable, exciting and always wonderful. Many of the hotels and resorts welcome you to their beach side dining facilities and offer spectacular cuisine along with colorful tropical drinks. Hospitality is an srt in Turks and Caicos and the local folks can't do enough to make your stay delightful.
  
  Turtle Cove is just a few minutes from Blue Villa and there you can enjoy yummy foods, generous drinks and laughter filled conversation. Don't forget to sail at sunset or snorkel/ scuba away at near by cays...a beautiful experience tucked away in long term memories.

  PS: Walking about the island is easy but certainly requires sturdy shoes and lots of energy--it is amazing who you meet and what you see during those afternoons of adventure. Car and bike rentals are convenient and easily accessible.
