Five Little Cays House gets its name from the five tiny islands situated in the Caribbean Sea just a few hundred yards beyond the villa's tranquil private beach. The home is virtually surrounded by water. The turquoise Caribbean Sea can be viewed from almost every room, starting from the moment you step into the front foyer and gaze through the home's expansive living room, beyond its 18-foot, rear sliding-glass doors to the pool, and down a private path to the ocean.

Equally as breathtaking is the view of Juba Salina inlet, which can be seen from two of the villa's bedrooms, its living room, both side patios, and its front porch and dr...iveway.

Nestled in serene Turtle Tail on the south side of Providenciales (or “Provo”), Five Little Cays House ensures guests' complete privacy yet is barely a 10-minute drive to another beach - this one public - world-renowned Grace Bay Beach and the restaurants and bars of Provo’s north shore.

Five Little Cays House can accommodate eight adults in luxury and features seven sets of French doors. It has been decorated in a traditional West Indies plantation style with dark-wood furniture, including leather and rattan sofas and chairs.

The spacious, open-plan Living and Dining areas at Five Little Cays House are airy and architecturally pleasing, boasting seven 10-foot circular support columns and a two-story-high cupola with exposed beams. An 18-foot telescoping sliding-door system (with slide-away screens) overlooks the pool, the Caribbean Sea, and Five Little Cays. You will not believe the views!

Five Little Cays House is not only cooled by the island’s almost constant Atlantic trade winds, as well as its 15 ceiling fans (there is at least one in every room, including all five bathrooms), but, for those warmer days, guests can utilize the villa's 120,000 BTU, individually zoned central air-conditioning system. There are discreet, remote-controlled units in every room, which allow guests to monitor their own temperature levels throughout Five Little Cays House.

There is a surround-sound stereo system in the Living, Dining, and Kitchen areas, as well as on the Pool/Patio Area. The villa offers a full selection of entertainment equipment: Satellite TV, VCR, DVD, and CD players, and a generous selection of VHS tapes, DVDs, CDs, and books from which to choose. The villa also has telephones for local use, with the ability to make long distance/international calls using a credit card.

Five Little Cays House’s Dining Area has a dark-wood West Indies-style table that seats eight, with French doors overlooking the pool, the Caribbean Sea, and Five Little Cays. The Dining Area is adjacent to a spacious Kitchen, which also has a view overlooking the pool, the Caribbean Sea, and Five Little Cays, and comes fully equipped with service for eight, as well as all the usual amenities (including conventional and microwave/convection ovens, a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, clothes washer/dryer, coffee maker, blender, etc.).

Five Little Cays House has four bedrooms, including one luxury Master Suite. All bedrooms have 11-foot tray ceilings and French doors leading out onto one of two Side Patios or onto the rear Pool Patio. The Master Suite boasts a King-size low four-poster bed and three sets of French doors (one set leads to a Side Patio and two sets out onto the rear Pool Patio), a walk-in closet (with a safe for valuables), and His/Her en suite bathrooms (one with a Jacuzzi tub overlooking the pool, the Caribbean Sea, and Five Little Cays, and the other with a large, tiled shower stall).

Bedrooms #2 and #3 are identical in size, each with a Queen-size West Indies-style dark-wood bed (both four-posters), an en suite bathroom with a tiled shower stall, and a view to the north of the picturesque Juba Salina inlet (everywhere you look at Five Little Cays House you see sparkling, turquoise water!).

Bedroom #4 has a Queen-size West Indies-style dark-wood bed, and is conveniently located adjacent to a guest bathroom with a tiled shower room.

Beach and patio furniture, two kayaks, pool flotation devices, a BBQ gas grill, and an outside shower are available for guest use, as is Five Little Cays House’s private pool (with built-in lounge shelves for sitting immersed in water while sunbathing or reading – try it, you may never want to leave!). The Pool Patio Area is shaded by two “sun-brella” - covered pergolas, one to each side of the main Living Area.

A private pathway leads from the Pool Patio Area down to the private beach. Enjoy a plunge in the shallow, bath-warm waters of the Caribbean Sea, or enjoy a swim out to Five Little Cays at the edge of the Caicos Bank, where lobster, conch, and a plethora of local fish await catching for dinner.

Plenty of bed linens and bath and beach towels are provided at Five Little Cays House for your comfort. Arrangements can easily be made to provide you with a private chef for meals, spa specialists for beauty treatments and various types of massage, and guides for private fishing, diving, and eco-tourism excursions.

At Five Little Cays House, it's all about being pampered. No detail has been overlooked.

  Providenciales in the Turks and Caicos is a beautiful place to visit. The island is easy to get around (although many of the roads require improving) and the locals or belongers are very friendly and helpful. We were stopped by the side of the road and two seperate vehicles stopped to see if we needed assistance. Renting a villa is a great way to spend a holiday and shopping for food and beverages is easy although a little pricey. The beaches and ocean are spectacular. We were struck by the awesome vistas of the ocean as we entered our villa. The views are amazing. We were three couples and found the villa to be the perfect size. We each had a good sized bedroom w/ensuites. The plunge pool and pool area were well used. The beach is small but provided excellent sunsets. The ocean was a little shallow for swimming but lots of fun. The house was well equipped except for a shortage of glassware which was quickly remedied with the assitance of Luxury Retreats. - Ray L., Ontario, Canada

  All in all, Five Little Cays was a nice house with a lovely view. There were some pretty basic things however that caused the experience to be less than it could have been. The lounge chairs were non-existent, there were wasps building nests all around the patio so we couldn\'t eat outside, the kayaks were broken (had no seat backs) and the sink in the master bath didn\'t drain. Our rental car had 120,000 plus miles on it with the service lights lit. It was filthy, smelled and sounded like it was about to break down any minute. All in all, we felt that we really did not get the benefits of a Luxury Retreat experience. - Christine T., Pennsylvania, USA

  Turks and Caicos is a very friendly area, and the people of T&C clearly show that Tourism is important to them....form the moment you land and are well greeted by Customs Staff, to the people that work in the supermarkets / restaurants....all are hoping you have a great time in T&C - it was one of the nicest and friendliest places to have ever visited. We also were tremendously lucky with weather - only three hours rain on us the entire 7 days!

  We stayed in the Five Little Cay villa from Feb 5th to Feb 12th 2011. Three couples stayed in the villa and found it very comfortable. The rooms are big, clean and quiet. It has a great common area to enjoy both inside and out. The beach is great, aqua blue waters and white sand. If you have kids, you can feel comfortable to let them play in the ocean in front of the villa because the water is very shallow, a couple of feet deep for hundreds of feet from the shore. The villa is on a dead-end road so it\'s very quiet and private. It has a big propane grill, washer, dryer two refrigerators and a cooler for packing cold beverage to tote down to the beach. It\'s a short drive to the supermarket and liquor store.

  Five Little Cays is perfect for small children. The waters are calm and very shallow most of the day. Easy to enjoy a kayak ride out to the Cays. Plunge pool is perfect for kids still getting their confidence in the water. Villa is about 15 minutes from children\'s playground, restaurants. Air conditioned and enclosed bedrooms are also comfortable & convenient.

  Villa was nice, but had many small things that did not work. Sat. tv, living room a/c remote ect. I thought it was over priced compared to other villas we have rented on other islands. It was nice but not that nice. No beach chairs or umbrellas for the beach. It would be nice if you told people that the water on the beach side of the villa was only two feet deep at high tide and six inches deep at low tide. Swimming at the beach was not possible. Thats the main reason I thought it was over priced. No swimming at beach!! Only six inches deep!!!!!

  the villa had an ant problem. they brought over some traps, but were ineffective. we still had lots of ants in the kitchen and bathrooms. also, lots of wasps outside.
