Description from the owner
A farm house, situated on a hillock of the Maremma in the Latium, in surrounding there is a beautiful garden with swimming pool, and over the garden there are only the corn fields, lambs and at last the sea.
The “Podere Giuliano” can offer it as well as a absolute quiet.
The little house in the garden is compose by a large bedroom with a kitchen corner and the bathroom; outside the table with chairs, for eat in the shadow of the patio.
The garden offer the chance to eat outdoors, to sunbathe on the deckchair, or swim in the swimming pool.

The excursions are a lot and varied: one day at the sea of Argentario, a trip of the Etruscan necropolis of Tuscanica, Tarquinia, Cerveteri, or one day at the Saturnia or Viterbo thermal, the tour of Bolsena lake with break at the different villages that surround it, and it doesn't need to forget the walk in the archaeological park of Vulci.
The nearest beaches are far only 10 minutes by car.
And when we have been tired by the country, it's sufficient to go to the station of Montalto di Castro, to catch a train and after one hour and half, you are in Colosseum to begin the Roman walk.
With only one ticket (€14) you can go and back by train more you can use all public bus and metro in Rome, of corse in the same day.
