The grounds of Il Stregone provide well for outdoor entertainment. Across the lawn from the owner's ground floor office apartment is a large pergola, furnished with tables that together can seat 16 and convenient to a summer kitchen with refrigerator and dishwasher. Guests may be glad to have the owner handy as well, for her catering and cooking courses are one of the reasons people enjoy coming to neighboring Villa Strega. On a slightly lower level of the hillside and set in a verdant lawn, the large swimming pool with an infinity edge has a wonderful view of Siena.
