Villa Conchiglia is an elegant villa in an area called Vaiana, close to Forte dei Marmi. The villa is surrounded by a huge and beautiful garden of about 1200-1300 sq mt. The garden is full of flowers, palm trees and traditional terracotta pots. This area also has a Barbecue and Grill. There is also an outdoor wood burning oven - great for a fun pizza evening. There is a private parking area for guests. There is a nice swimming pool measuring 12 X 70 X 1.60 mt. There are sun umbrellas and sun beds for you relax and enjoy the Tuscan weather. This 300 sq mt villa can accommodate 11 people comfortably. The Entrance is on the ground floor, opening... onto a veranda. There is a living room with fire place and a dining area. There is a huge terrace, which is a fantastic place for relaxing. The verandah is well-furnished and can be used for alfresco dining. The ground floor also has a fully equipped kitchen. There is a 5-burner gas stove, an electric oven, microwave oven, diswasher, refrigerator, fridge, freezer, American coffee machine and a range of crockery, cutlery and other essential Kitchen accessories. If you climb down 3 steps, there is a fully functional office area, complete with Internet connection. There are 2 bedrooms here, one with an ensuite bathroom with shower and the other also with an ensuite bathroom but with a tub. Then, 10 steps further down, there is another level which has the third double bedroom. This bedroom has an extra single bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower. This room is not air-condtioned but is very cool because of its location. The entrance door to this area can be closed to make it completely independent from the rest of the house. The first floor of the house has 2 more bedrooms. Both these rooms can be used either as double or twin rooms and both have ensuite bathrooms with showers. All bedrooms in the villa are airconditioned (except one, as mentioned above). All bedrooms have hair-dryers and Satelite TV. There is a laundry room complete with washing machine, iron and ironing board. The owner can provide bicycles at no cost, for you to explore the area at your own pace. For groceries, there is a supermarket at just a kilometer and there are bars, pizzerias and restaurants at around 500 mt from the villa. The town of Forte dei Marmi has plenty of activities like Golfing, Tennis and Spa. There is a wonderful beach here, dotted with beach clubs that have bars, restaurants and sometimes swimming pools too. You can also rent out cabanas and sun beds here.
