Two Harbors home on Lake Superior. This home has everything you need for family fun on the North Shore. Enjoy lake view dining, 200 ft of cobblestone beach, and a large lake side fire ring. You will feel well rested after relaxing in the beautiful master bathroom with Bubble tub and sleeping on Tempur-Pedic mattresses. The lower level is perfect for playing cards and watching movies. Memories are waiting to be made at Cliff Point.

Rates quoted w...ill be for 1-2 people. There is an additional $15/person/night fee for each additional guest. Get an exact quote for your party by clicking the yellow “Instant Quote” button and entering your dates and total guest number. When booking reservations please be sure to enter your additional guests. Extra guest fees compensate for additional utility and cleaning fees and allow rates to directly reflect usage. This makes the home more affordable for smaller parties.

  We enjoyed our stay, but it would have been nice if the owners disclosed the following:
  
  1. Smokers own or regularly stay in the cabin. The odor was strong at times, particularly in the bathroom (odd) and while laying in bed.
  
  2. The fireplaces don't work. We might have chosen another location for this reason alone, given that it was a winter getaway.
  
  3. The beds are Tempurpedic. Many people may like this type of bed, but my partner and I woke up very sore on both mornings.
  
  Overall, not a bad place to stay.

  Thanks for the review. We would like to make others aware that the owners of the home are non-smokers. We are unsure where the smoke smell was coming from and will inquiry with our cleaner. All of our homes are non-smoking and we do not allow our guests to smoke in our homes.
  
  The fireplaces do not work. We do list that on our website as follows:
  "Fireplaces pictured are currently under repair and not usable. We apologize for any inconvenience."
  
  The beds are Tempurpedic which is also listed on our website as follows:

  Loved the location, nice house, easy check in.

  This house was located close to Duluth which makes it nice for a short weekend. It would be nice if the check in times were not so late and check out so early because when you are paying this kind of money for a two day stay, that you would actually get a two day stay. We have been renters through this agency since its beginning and have recommended it to Many people, and will continue to be renters, but having check in at 4:00 and check out at 10:00 is really a turn off.

  Thanks for the Flip Key Review. We're so glad you liked Cliff Point Cabin, and very appreciative that you recommend us it to your friends. We are sorry to hear that you are frustrated with the check-in/check-out times. We do realize that our check-in/check-out times may be different than a hotel, but we do try to offer options by letting you do an early check-in or a late check-out for a $25 fee. With enough notice, we can let you check in/out up to 4 hours early or late. We also offer extended check-out times in the off-season when our cleaning staff has more time between stays.
  
  The reason we have later check-ins and earlier check-outs than a hotel or resort, is simply due to the size of the homes. When a home has (as many of them do) two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen, it can take 4 hours or more to be cleaned. If one group checks out at 10 or 11, it might take every bit of that time to properly clean the home before the next guests arrive at 4pm. Compare that to a hotel room which takes half an hour to clean, and you can see why our check-in./out times might be less flexible. Please let us know next time you are planning a visit, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
