The condo has spacious 936 sq ft and offers outstanding beach and ocean views. Located across from YMCA, library and Memorial Park.

This unit is small - 1 bedroom, but the kids slept on the sofa bed and were happy. The bed in the bedroom was very comfortable and the unit was clean. The beach is great (although what's with the cigarette butts?!) and literally right out the window. And the pools are nice too - although a little small and starting to show some wear and need of some repairs. The one thing I will mention, regarding the kitchen, is that there is no oven - just a microwave, a toaster oven and a cooktop. Just to keep in mind because it can be tricky trying to cook a meal - especially for dinner - with no oven. And there is no grilling allowed on the deck. I found the owner to be very nice and easy to work with. Very responsive. My husband had a question regarding the wifi and he called us back right away which was very much appreciated.

Very clean and open condo. Nice property and beautiful view. Needs table lamps or floor lamps in living area and a larger lamp by bed to enable reading. It only has ceiling lights. The view is wonderful but unable to block sun. Needs a working window treatment for balcony doors. Ice maker did not dispense , we were unable to work microwave, but it could have just been us.

Everything was above and beyond my expectations. If you pay attention to fine details you will tell immediately as soon as you enter the condo. The view is the first thing I noticed, absolutely breathtaking! You can tell the owner put quality and comfort in mind with a lot of personal touches to make you feel extra special. The latest in appliances and electronics for your convenience and entertainment, the contemporary decor had a very warm inviting feel,the water pressure was perfect,the balcony seating was extremely comfortable, and when you are ready for bed you will rest comfortably in the King Size bed with a premium pillow top mattress. That truly was the most comfortable bed I have slept in! If you are one who pays attention to fine details, you wont be disappointed. The condo is very close to the stairs and elevator. You are very close to the pool deck/restaurant area/beach access.I never had to leave the premises because everything was right there for me. It was perfect and I will return!
