This 1 Bedroom Condo is just a stone 's throw from the Beach. Walking distance to the pier, shops, Tybee Science Museum and a variety of eating establements. This condo offers a wonderful view of the Ocean from the front Porch. Relax on the porch and hear the oceans relaxing sounds from your porch. The porch has a relaxing swing, table and two chairs plus two relaxing chairs. Living Room has a Queen sleeper sofa , Color Tv with Table.

Tybee means “salt” to Native Americans, but the name of this low-key seaside resort now brings to mind words such as “sun”, “surf” and “fun”. Located 18 miles east of Savannah, this small barrier island boasts a wide, 3-mile long beach that’s backed by sea oat-covered sand dunes and is perfect for sunbathing, people-watching and frolicking in the waves of the Atlantic Ocean. The island’s south-end pier and pavilion is a splendid venue for strolling above the ocean, people watching and fishing.
Although vacationers are lured to Tybee mainly because of what it provides in the way of recreation and relaxation, those with a love of history won’t be disappointed. Tybee offers: Fort Screven, The Tybee Island Lighthouse (dated 1773), an intriguing museum, and Fort Pulaski National Monument which is just west of the island on Hwy 80.
Tybee Island is Located 15 to 20 minutes from Historic Downtown Savannah.

This is a wonderful 1 Bdrm location to enjoy everything that you need to walk to! The unit was clean and perfect for what we needed, quiet convenience. Could use a few updates and supplies in the kitchen but that was our only complaint!!

The condo was clean and comfortable. We had a great time. Tybee is the greatest place to stay. We love the area and the people. Everyone is always nice. This was our third stay at Tybee and the 17th street condos. We love it!!!

The condo was everything as promised on the website- clean condo, parking included, walking distance to the beach & downtown Tybee. We loved the porch swing with the view of the beach. There was a sofa bed but there was room for the full size air mattress we brought for the kids. It was nice having a washer/dryer on the unit to wash towels and swimsuits (bring detergent).
