We enjoyed staying at this rental so much that we will try to get it again this year. It has high-end features, is quiet, and the price is within our reach. I like the convenience of its location and the kitchen is absolutely the best feature.
I do wish the owners would put rocking chairs on the deck and a larger chest of drawers or a dresser in the master bedroom. I don't like having to live out of a suitcase when paying for a condo, but we like the other features so much that we will most likely stay their again...hoping for the rocking chairs this year.Response from Oceanfront Cottage Rentals - 05/20/2013

Thank you for your review of the #1 Pelican Point. We will see if the owners are able to get 1 or 2 rocking chairs for the porch, they resorted to the bar height tables and chairs because that gives you a better view of the beach when sitting down :)

A fully modern place with flat screen TVs in every bedroom and the living room. Agent was a pleasure to deal with. Smiling faces the second you walked in. The condo is steps from the beach and places to eat and shop. A wonderful vacation. Will be back next year.
