Bright and sunny relaxed cottage with screened porch and fenced in yard.There is an 11 by 22 foot swimming pool. The full kitchen features stainless steel appliances; hand glazed tile surfaces. There are two small fireplaces and a charcoal grill. This home is furnished with a mix of carefully restored antiques and new furnishings. There is a queen size bed in one bedroom and one full and one twin in the second. This cottage is near the North Beach and Tybee Lighthouse. Splash Shack also features Wifi.

Great chic little cottage. Nicely decorated. We enjoyed the pool and sitting out on the front porch. The house is a bikes ride away from the beach and the lighthouse. Can't wait to come back!

We love the Splash Shack and all it has to offer for our family of 5. We have everything we need for an enjoyable stay on Tybee Island. The Splash Shack is conveniently located to the beach and local restaurants. Our kids love the proximity to the playground, and the fact that they call can ride their bikes to the beach. The locals are cautious when are young children are riding on the city streets. The Splash Shack itself has everything you could need for cooking a great breakfast or dinner. The linens and decor are perfect for a relaxing stay. Open the doors and enjoy a great breeze from the screened in porch, to the side deck. Our girls love running through the gardens, or finding a hiding place to read their books or do special projects. The wi-fi allowed us to use all our electronic devices seemlessley. Our trip was at the beginning of November, and the beach was perfect ! The days were warm enough for our girls to enjoy many hours playing in the sand. And the nights, perfect for snuggling up under warm blankets. I highly recommend the Splash Shack for your trip to Tybee.

We had a fantastic stay at the Splash Shack. This house has to be the cutest house on Tybee. The house was clean, fresh and wonderfully decorated. We enjoyed every little tidbit from the cutest little vintage touches to the cozy beds. The seating areas are so refreshing--there are several places to just relax and enjoy our vacation! Kitchen and bathrooms were immaculate. We also loved the quick bike ride to the beach and to many delicious restaurants. Such a convenient location!! We will definitely visit again. Love, love, loved it!!!

This restored cottage is adorable! From the charming front porch through to the spacious back patio and wonderful pool, it met our every need. Designer Jane Coslick adds amazing color and flair with beautiful vintage linens, colorful pillows and charming antique furniture and light fixtures. Our kitchen had most everything we needed and the nice charcoal grill outside allowed us to make some fantastic seafood dinners. You can't ask for better management as Jim is so very kind and attends to every wish, large and small. Tybee Cottages and Jim have given us two very successful trips to the beach. This location is top notch (close to the nicer North Beach area) and the neighborhood is very quiet. I miss walking out of my bedroom in the a.m. with a cup of coffee to read by the pool. Check it out!

Very charming and cozy - like staying in a pretty dollhouse. Our twin 9 year old boys loved the little pool. It's a renovated older cottage - so we weren't too bothered by little things like the shower curtain not working well to keep the water off the bathroom floor, the small nature the queen bed for two adults or the friendly cat that hangs around the porch and yard. I was irritated by the house behind us who kept their back flood light on all night. The sheer curtains don't have blackout liners - so we had to deal with the light all night as we tried to sleep. Nothing you can do about the neighbors! Overall, we had a nice family stay in SplashShack and enjoyed its close proximity to the beautiful, family-oriented north beaches.

We so enjoy Tybee and Tybee Cottages that we have returned year after year. We appreciate not being nickled and dimed and we always get what we pay for with other expectations exceded. Jim Heflin is a delight to deal with and the property makes you feel like you actually "own" it for the stay. It is a wonderful combination of feeling like we are away while still feeling like we are at home. Thank you for your excellent service.

I knew after talking with Jim at Tybee Cottages we were going to have a pleasant stay. Once we walked into the Splash Shack, it was like coming home. We have stayed at the Splash Shack several times, and have always had a wonderful stay. The atmosphere of Tybee is like no other, the friendliest people, the best seafood restaurants, the laid back, peaceful feeling is what we enjoy the most. The Splash Shack was very clean, the kids loved the fun-sized pool, the kitchen has everything thing you need, beds are very comfortable, and great books to read. We love our time at Tybee!

The home is cute as can be - in a great location! Jim was great to work with and I appreciated his assistance. My only complaint was that the house could have been cleaner (the bathroom, the kitchen and dust/dirt is visable under the various cabinets in the home. Overall though - great stay!
