We've been to several vacation homes on Tybee and Family Tradition was the best. The home is well furnished and has almost everything you could wish for to be most comfortable. There's a short walk to the beach and the view from the upper deck is great. We hope to return!

Friends from Europe came to visit and they wanted a beach location. We had lived in Savannah, Ga years before so we knew about Tybee Island. Found this house via a friend's recommendation and had a blast! Great location, close to beach and private drive all major positives. Easily accomodated 10 people. New Webber grill was a plus as was ping pong table. Would not hesitate to return to this house again.

We so enjoyed "Family Tradition". It was a fabulous property with lots of room. The proximity to the beach was great. We loved the ocean views from the 3rd story balcony and ate out there most nights. The best thing . . . my kids got along because the had their own space! We loved it!

The house was great! Very comfortable for all of us. We loved the porches, great for morning cofee. House is really well designed and decorated, furniture very comfy! Kitchen table pefect for game nights. Two king beds is perfect for two family gaterings, just what we were looking for! The things I disliked had nothing to do with the home itself but more the rental agency. The lack of towells is odd, no kitchen towell or sponge. Most rentals I've had, give plenty with out charge. I also thought the $250 cleaning fee was high for expecting me to strip beds,clean and put away dishes, etc. Couldn't find ping pong table described in house details. Needs more and smaller coffee mugs. But overall the house was great and loved the cart to take to beach.

Our extended family arrived in Savannah for our fourth and final daughter's graduation from scad. This was the first time in 10 years that we were all together in one place! Ages from our first granddaughter at 6 weeks old to my parents in their eighties! I never thought the elevator would have been so important. An excellent time was had by all.
