Just one house away from the 18th Street beach which is handicap friendly. This prime location is in the heart of the South End and within 2 blocks you will find the Tybee Pier, Tybee Marine Science Center, restaurants, shops, night spots, and art galleries.

Service received from Tybee Vaction Rentals was excellent - from start to finish. Someone was always available and helpful with any questions I had.
The home was great. Pictures on website are accurate..no need to add any. This home was perfect for our family of 15 during Christmas week 2012. The layout of the rooms were perfect. The location of the home is within walking distance of the main tourist road on Tybee, the beach and pier. All of the right amenities (kitchen, bathrooms) are provided. -

We were looking for a location our extended family could stay for a weekend wedding. This house has plenty of space to spread out. The interior is beautifully updated. We are definitely considering for a summer return because it is so close to the beach.

Sea Spray was everything we expected and more! We especially liked the keyless entry system, rather than to have to juggle and account for keys. The elevator was essential for a swift move in of luggage and groceries, saving old knees. The furnishing was nice and in good condition. Tybee Island Vacation Rental was easy and accomodating to work with. Would highly recommend the property and realty company. One very small criticism is that the lighting on the kitchen side of the main floor is not good. We had to move lamps into the kitchen area to have enough light at night! Otherwise, great!

This beautiful home was beyond our expectations. We loved the openness of the common rooms. The kitchen is well supplied with more than adequate appliances. We even had coffee makers for cafe and de-cafe. There were three refrigerators. A large stainless steel one for general use, a small one on the side of the cabinet and one in the garage that we used for fish and bait. The house was decorated with style and taste. The bedrooms were large with lots of closet space. Bed coverings were attractive and flat screen Tv's were everywhere. Bathrooms were very large. Towels and bath cloths were of excellent quality. This home even had an elevator which was great for the eneior members of our group. We enjoyed this luxurious home and its close proximity to the beach, the fishing peer, shops and restaurants. Dolphines played in this area all day everyday. We would love to go back.

Nice place. Very close to the beach, bars and restuarants. Stayed for a golf outing with 16 guys and the space was sufficient (only 2 guys did not have a bed). The only thing that could have made it better would have been a gameroom and hot tub.

We enjoyed our stay at Sea Spray very much. The house is extremely family friendly and the kitchen is fully equipped with new cookware and everything you need to make a nice meal for a big group. The layout of the house is really nice and spacious. The beach view from all levels is beautiful. The location of the beach house is fabulous! We are hoping to stay there again next year.

This vacation was one of the best we've ever had. Sea Spray was in a superb location~only a few steps from the beach. The house itself was beautifully decorated with every convenience that you could wish for. To be truthful, the kitchen was far nicer than the one I have at home! The house was immaculately clean and well taken care of. We were within walking or biking distance to restaurants, the grocery store and all the little shops in town. I can't remember when we had such a fantastic vacation. We can't wait to go back!

The rooms are spacious and well furnished. The kitchen is handsome but it is difficult for more than on person at a time to cook or clean up. The house is noisy (probably not enough insulation in the walls and floors) so not suitable for unrelated people. Unfortunately, there is no large outdoor gathering place, such as a porch or patio. However, the beach access is fantastic so all other problems tend to fade away.

We had a great time in this rental. Spacious and right next to the beach! The elevator was a bonus that was heavily used for my aging mother. All in all, one of the best rentals that we have done. I highly recommend it.

The house had just been renovated so it was in perfect condition. Very nice layout with open living area. Very close to the beach. We had a great time.
Could use some soundproofing between floors since there are tenants with children and dogs on the top floor.
