Charming two bedroom apartment which can comfortably accommodate a family of up to 7. Guests will enjoy the size and the fully fenced back yard with seating and gas grill, perfect for cookouts. Located in a convenient location only a very short 2 block walk to the beach and within close walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and nightlife. Fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and wireless internet available.
Handicap friendly (ground level, not ADA compliant).

I have nothing but good things to say about our stay at Bikini Bottom!!! We were very pleased at how well maintained this house was. It was clean, everything was up to date, the kitchen had everything you needed and the home was just very comfortable. My family didn't want to leave!!! Plus, we were in walking distance to the beach!!! Thank You so much Tybee Vacation Rentals for making us feel at home. There is no one else that we would rent from on our future trips to Tybee Island!!!

Bikini Bottom was a great place to stay on our weekend trip to Tybee. It is within walking distance to shops and the beach, and it is super cute! Also, the vacation rental company was very kind and professional. I would recommend them to anyone!

priced very well for family,large eating area, large kitchen, comfortable bedrooms,living room, no stairs to climb,very good tv programing, A/C work great. My Family Had a Great time at Tybee! Hoping that we will return to the Island in 2013.If The Good Lord Is Willing. we were blessed again this year with a great vacation. Thanks for all that you do, to make it happen.

This apartment worked out great for us. The location is perfect for enjoying Tybee by foot. We walked all over the city. It is a cute, clean place with lots of character.

The house was clean and comfortable, great location also, just two blocks from the beach. Liked having the downstairs apartment as we got the back yard. It was nice to arrive and not have to head straight for the store for the essentials. We did have a problem with the dishwasher breaking and flooding the kitchen but we called, they came in and fixed it within 2 hrs. Tybee Island is great, rent bikes is my advise as we got to see much more of the island that way. The Crab shack is a must!

We stayed 3 nights in this unit. It is very large 2 bedroom with 1 1/2 baths. There is also a stackable w/d which is nice. Living, dining, and kitchen are large. There is a very nice patio with big grill but it was very hot out so we didn't get to use as much as I had hoped. People live upstairs so we were concerned about making any noise. Only 2 parking spots but at least it was free. 1 block from beach was convenient. Sting Rays is on the corner. We didn't dine there but it was always crowded.
The unit was very clean but some of the walls could use a coat of paint. -

We loved our stay at Bikini Bottom. Everything was wonderful, location, accommodations, cleanliness. Everything we needed was within walking distance. Didn't have to use the car from the time we arrived until we left for home. Two of the three people who were long term renters were gracious and very helpful.
The only problem may be more insulation is needed between downstairs and upstairs as we were sitting up eating a late night/early morning snack, talking and laughing, when someone knocked on our door. It was one of the people from upstairs. He said we were too loud and he couldn't sleep. Not sure why he said that. We were laughing and talking but not yelling and screaming or overly loud. Just girls talking girl talk. We apologized for disturbing him. It was a little rattling to have someone knocking on our door at that hour.
Other than that instance, the stay was quite enjoyable. We would recommend it to others. We love Tybee. This is the second rental we have used from TVR and have been very pleased with both. Look forward to next time! -

This 2 bedroom home was awesome for our 3 night stay on Tybee. We were within easy walking distance of the beach/pier, shopping and dining. The small back yard and patio were the perfect retreat for breakfast before hitting the beach, and the gate to the back yard made it easy to deposit sandy beach toys outside. The kitchen was well stocked, and everything was very clean. There are even a few board games in the diningroom cabinet. There is only one full bath with a second toilet/sink off of the mud room, so shower time could get interesting if the home is at capacity.

As always had a really good time in Tybee, me and my husband would move to Tybee if we could. Love TVR very friendly and helpful. The only problem with this property was having to share the grill with the permanent tenants that live up stairs. Our first night there we were gonna grill out after a long trip that day and he informed us that he would be using the grill that night, but other than that we loved the property.

This is a great place to stay. Everything is within walking distance from the house. It would be alot nicer on the patio if it was covered.The house is very open and has a greart personality.
