This is a beautiful home. The elevator went from the first floor to the third. There were 10 of us who stayed and had plenty of room and a great time. Hope to stay there again in the future. We were celebrating my daughter's college graduation, and the house made her graduation celebration that much more special.

Awesome Vacation spot!
1. The drive to Tybee was relaxing. We immediately knew we were in for a great trip.
2. Tybee vacation rental staff were friendly and check-in was smooth!
3. My girlfriends and I were like kids at Christmas upon entering Village
Place 4a. It was clean and beautifully decorated. We felt like we were at home.
4. Tybee had plenty of places to eat and the IGa grocery store, located five minutes away, had the best tuna salad I've ever had. Uncle Bubbas is not too far away and an excellent choice if you want to eat out. However the kitchen at Village 4a is so nice it beckons for several means to be cooked in it!
5. The beds are comfortable and the washer and dryer came in handy after beach trips.
My only complaint is that we had to leave! -

I rented this house for my best friend's Bachelorette Party.. We had such an amazing time! The house was beautiful and the location was great! We were about a 5 minute walk to the beach. There are great places to dine, just a short drive away.
I would definatly reccomend a get away to Tybee (and stay in Village Place 4a!
So corny I know, but we really had such a great time! -

This was our second time staying at Village Place and this time, we rented two condos for additional family members. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
The only reason I didn't give it five "stars" on cleanliness is because the trash was left at 6B from the previous guests/occupants. It was as if the cleaning crew forgot to move it. -

We enjoyed staying at Village Place 4a. It is just a short walk from the beach, has a nice spacious kitchen and living room, and bedrooms are comfortable. Tybee Vacation Rentals was very accommodating, thanks!

My husband and I and our 8 children stayed in this rental for our vacation. It was unseasonably cold and raining so we had to spend most of our time in the house, but I could not have asked for more. We had plenty of space, it was immaculate, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything I needed (except food!)It was close enough to walk to the beach. The staff was great and our check in and check out went smooth. I cannot say enough great things about our stay, even though most of our plans were rained out, we didn't mind the time we had to spend in the house. Sooo much better than staying in some small hotel!! We'll definitely be back!!!

My husband, our four teenagers, and I enjoyed six days of fun and relaxation at Villiage Place on Tybee Island. The location is prime as it is far enough away from the beach to reduce noise and avoid congestion but is definitely within walking distance to the beach. The condo is well suited for large families and is extremely well maintained. The condo is very clean and has all the items needed for a long stay. The rental process was a breeze and we even stayed one additional day with no problem! The island is flat so bike riding is a wonderful way to see the island for adults and kids. The food, especially seafood, in this area is outstanding. Not much entertainment for teenagers on the island, but Savannah is just a short ride away. I plan to arrange my next family reunion at Village place...it's just that good!!

We enjoyed the house very much and the concierge at Tybee Vacation
Rentals was excellent, as were all of the people at TVR with whom we
worked. The only negatives at all had to do with unusual policies here and
there. For instance, after ordering at the Arby's and asking if we might
please have one of our dollars back in change (four quarters) for the
parking meter and being told they were "not allowed to do that." Five
establishments later, we finally found a place that would give us change.
We also found a lot of places (including the grocery store) out of basic
things. So, we made three trips back to Savannah. No big deal, just a bit
tough at times with several kids. I'm sure this had to do with the larger
crowds on the island at that time. We also found it curious that the Crab
Shack would not take a charge card order over the phone that we wanted to
come and pick up, saying, "we've been stiffed way too many times--you
just need to come in, place your order and then sit at the bar until it's
ready." We did. It was this type of thing that just made it different from
normal places that we usually stay. Again, maybe this had to do with the
large crowds and all. So, to sum up, the house was great...and we really
enjoyed working with everyone at Tybee Vacation Rentals. Thank you!
