My family had a wonderfully relaxing time at Seaside. It was more than we hoped for. Very relaxing, plenty of space, great location. The next time we get back to Tybee we want to stay there again. Perfect. Lauren was wonderful. She helped us through the process as it was our first time booking a rental.

Wonderful week in Tybee!Stayed at My Seaside in July with a family of 6. Beautiful fireworks on the beach for the 4th. Loved the pirate room and ping pong table. Everything was very clean and comfortable. 12th street is a great location for beach access. Not very crowded. We walked to resturants, ate at Breakfast Club, Stingrays, Spanky's. Bike rode to the Pier and downtown Tybee. We would definately rent here again.

Please the kids and the adults are happy! The lower level is the bomb! Quiet street adds a bonus for the weary traveler. No check in or check out. Love the lock box entrance. Here you eat, sleep and be merry!

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything in the kitchen as far as pots and pans, et cetera, was well stocked and lots of beach stuff to take down to the beach; we did not need to bring anything. Easy walk to the beach too.

My family, which include 3 small children, 3 grandparents, and 3 adults stayed here for one week in June. We had originally reserved My Beach House, having stayed there before, but we were offered an upgrade when the owner of that house needed it during the time we had reserved. Lauren was great through the entire process, and in fact we are going back this month for our third house and third stay with My Beach House rentals. My Seaside was more than enough house for our needs, and we all felt like we had our own space while we were able to gather in the kitchen and dining/living area during meal times. As a bonus, the master bedroom has a full size jacuzzi which the kids loved "swimming" in every night. The house is close to a nice area of beach, and getting back and forth is no problem. No traffic on the street. Grandpa especially enjoyed the "pirate room" downstairs. The worst part was having to leave!

tybee so much fun. it was beach bum parade weekend. tybee has lots of fun festivals during the year. house decor relaxed and luxurious, porches wonderful and breezy.beach right outside our front door. our gang walked, biked or skateboarded to meals, shopping, ice cream. we kept the van parked in driveway most of the time. fun night-time walks on beach, boys caught crabs. tybee a kids' paradise and for adults too.

They are painted a light gray. Didnt know they got hot. Guess i always have on my flip flops. But i will test them now. But maybe white steps would be hard to keep clean? Our church teen group travelled to Tybee Island and Savannah overnight. The accommodations were more than enough for our group and the short walk to the beach was the highlight of the trip. I would recommend staying in a house rather than at a hotel down by the pier any day. Thanks for a wonderful trip!

Our favorite beachhouse! We watched fireworks on the beach on New Years eve, swam in the ocean on New Years Day in the Polar Bear swim! Seaside on 12th street is such a great location to the pier and resturants. Loved the short walk to the beach, especially with kids and beach stuff. Plus, the house had all the beach chairs, toys and towels we needed. We loved the 2 porches, one for the kids and one for the adults. Kids loved the ping pong table and the adults grilled oysters. Plenty of room for 2 familes! House was very clean and comfortable. We would highly recomend this house!-Family of 5 from Gainesville, GA

Our 2 families, 4 adults & 5 kids loved it. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out or get together for movies on huge flat screen tv. Quiet street with limited public parking, so kids loved biking and skateboarding and we didn't have to worry about traffic. We could walk out our front door and were just a few stgeps from the beach; great for back and forth trips to the beach for snacks and bathroom breaks. Furnishings are so nice, beds are comfy and we loved the chenille bedspreads. The house had everything we needed, from outside grill to inside great kitchen with all pots, pans, dishes, etc. Even plenty of beach towels and beach chairs, umbrellas and toys, even ping pong table. We had a great time with all the family doing things together, lots of walking and biking because restaurants and shops are so close, so is the pier. We plan to be back at this same house this summer.
