Located on the quiet southend of Tybee Island, the Fish House Cottage is a quaint 1950's fully restored 3bedrm/2 ba cottage located on a large fenced corner lot just a few blocks from the Ocean and the Back River Beach.
The cottage has eclectic furnishings - mixing contemporary with antiques and shabby chic. Guests say "it feels like you are staying with your best friend". Atlanta, GARelaxing getaway weekend on Tybee Island

From the moment I arrived, I felt as though I was staying in the home of a best friend. The cottage was bright, colorful and clean, and it had everything I needed for a getaway weekend. The kitchen was great for cooking, enjoying a nice bottle of wine and sharing lively conversation, and the porch was the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee overlooking palm trees. The cottage's location was convenient for walking to the start of the Critz Tybee Run Fest, the beach, and many of my favorite restaurants, pubs, and shops on the island. I plan to return during the spring or summer to enjoy beach weather, a good book, and a cool drink on the patio. It is the ideal place for a family vacation or another girls' getaway. There's also a hammock there with my name on it!

I really enjoyed my stay here with the girls weekend getaway. This place was very spacious, warm and homie, and great location. I would recommend the fish house cottage to anyone!! I shall return in the near future.

We stayed the month of February at Fish House and felt right at home. The location was great and very convenient to everything. The house is quite large and comfortable. Looks just like posted pictures. Great stay!!! P. S. Loved the Jacuzzi.

It has been almost a month and I am trying to figure out how and when we can go back to stay. The house was located perfectly. We walked everywhere we wanted to go, the beach, to eat, to the store. It was wonderful. The house had everything we needed; all we had to bring was out clothes, and any food we wanted to cook there. It was wonderful - We definitely plan to stay again.
