Enjoy your vacation from Lighthouse Point on the quiet north end of Tybee in the nicely updated condo that is just steps from the beach and pool. The furnished private balcony overlooks the pools and has a view of the Tybee Lighthouse. The master bedroom has a Queen bed, 19in Flat screen TV, and private bath. Guest bedroom has two Twin beds and a 17in TV with VHS and there is an additional full bath directly next to the room. The living area is comfortably furnished with a Queen sleeper sofa, 32in Flat screen TV with DVD player, and an under-counter ice maker. The dining table seats 6 and there are 2 stools at the breakfast bar.

Everyone at the office was very friendly and helpful. Our condo was perfect. View over the pool and a little bit of the ocean in the distance. We were very pleased and would go back for sure.

Customer service with Tybee Rental was excellent. They answered all our questions and were easy to get ahold of. The condo was very clean, up to date and well decorated. Only draw back was the amount of stairs to climb to be on the third floor. Something we would definitely consider more carefully for any future stays.

This is a nice property in which to relax. The condo is very clean, furnishings appear to be relatively new and are comfortable, and the kitchen is easy to work in. Was a bit disappointed that the view of the ocean and lighthouse was limited to one corner of the master bedroom but we did not go to Tybee to sit in the condo all day. The pools were very clean and it was nice to have a variety of types. The beach is truly just a short walk away and very easy to access. Note, though, that this section of the beach includes signs that warn against swimming due to submerged objects. No complaints about the condo itself...it's just the area was not ideal for our family who likes to spend time in the ocean.

We hope you will consider a return Tybee in the near future and work with one of our vacation planners to find the best combination of view, proximity and access to the beach for your stay. As a barrier island we offer a variety of beach experiences from bay and back river to traditional oceanfront. The Tybee Beaches are truly great for swimming and surfing, but we locals agree a few of the warning signs can be confusing. Most signs warn of specific submerged objects attached directly to the signs, not the whole section of beach. Again, thanks for choosing Tybee Vacation Rentals and please visit our island again soon!

Everything in the condo was very nice and in working order. Decorated nicely and had a nice view of the pool. Huge balcony! The only negatives were the stairs and no view of the beach. We knew this going in, but if that's a big deal, you may want to rethink this rental. There are 3 sets of stairs going to the unit, no elevator! It's very hard when you are trying to get your stuff in when you get there especially, but we managed. Also, from the unit, it's 5-10 minute walk to the beach, although all that's in between the unit and the beach is the parking lot and building. The beach on that side of the island has no waves and no people. We went down to the pier, where there were people, waves, shops & restaurants. Not a long drive, but you do have to pay to park, but that's island-wide! Overall, a nice rental and I'm glad we stayed there, but we probably wouldn't stay at this particular one again, but we would stay with Tybee Vacation Rentals again!

Checking in and checking out was a piece of cake. The place we stayed in was very clean, and the kitchen had been updated nicely. I love the location of Lighthouse Point. It's right on the beach, but it's the "quiet end", so there aren't as many people. The island is small though, so it's only a short drive to where everything is. The best part about staying on Tybee (besides the beach) is how close is it to Savannah. There is so much to do and see there. I can't wait to go back.

We have been staying at LP for the past 15 years at various condos. This was by far the nicest one we have ever stayed at. Most of the condos may have had some upgrades but the whole kitchen redo in this unit was great and the overall unit was super clean and fresh feeling. Next year we will try to get the same unit. The 3rd floor unit overlooking the pool was perfect for us - letting our teens go down to the pool while we could still keep an eye on them was great and we got a bit of exercise on the stairs.

Walking distance to beach and nice view of the pools. Tastefully decorated unit. Clean except for big spot on carpet. Customer service was excellent. 48 steps were rough on the "old folks" but we knew that in advance. Very satisfied.
