2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located on the south end of Tybee just steps from the beach. Great location for a vacation since many restaurants, shops, the Tybee Pier and Marine Science Center are within 1-2 block radius. Beach access is located at this block! There is a side ocean view from the private covered balcony which is furnished with a table that seats 4 and 2 bar height chairs so you can enjoy the view.

older condo close to the beach, 1st floor ,still alot of steps for my 80 year old parents. guest on the floor above very made alot of noise. Older folks go to bed early.Pet friendly which was very nice. walking distance to places to eat. Nicely furnished, but showing some wear. Keyless entry is nice. Beatiful sunrise every morning. As always easy check and very nice folks at tybee vacation rentals.

We love Tybee Island.My husband and I come almost every year in the fall.The weather is usually good.Tybee Vacation Rentals is great to work with.Our condo was just right for four people.It was clean and in a great location.We could walk everwhere we wanted to go.We will be back..

Location was great, right in the heart of Tybee. The Condo was an average place. Would have met expectations, but the maintenance of the building and the interior could have been better. You get what you pay for, but a clean building exterior and interior should not cost a premium. Also parking was very tight for 2 cars.

Stayed in this 2 Bedroom/2 bath condo in aug. 2012. It was super close to beach (near tip of south part of island), restaurants and shops. We walked everywhere except for the supermarket. It was clean and in good condition. Beds/linens were comfortable and it also had Tv''s in both bedrooms (bonus with children). For the price I think it is a good value. There are newer, more updated properties on the south side..but for a family of 6 this is a very comfortable good value. One drawback...all the traffic on this street. Have stayed on Tybee before and we really like a quiet street. This street seemed to have more traffic and noise than we are used to. If you don't mind that you will love it!

We had perfect weather for our trip to Tybee between June 17th and June 22nd. We enjoyed our stay and everything promised was provided as we needed. The only complaint we had was the appliances (mainly the refrigerator) had rust on the door that looked bad. Other than that, perfect.

Our unit was super clean and comfortable. Even though the south end of the island is busy, we did not have any issues with noise or distractions. the location was great. We could see the ocean from the deck and we were literally steps away from the beach. The value was outstanding, compared to other rentals - I expected to pay a bit more due to the high season. Since most of Tybee is pay for parking I felt extremely fortunate that our condo offered two spaces for parking. The whole experience met my expectations and then some. We are planning to return next Summer.

This was a perfect condo for our family. This was the first time we had stayed in a condo vs. a hotel and we will never go back! For little more than a hotel room we had everything we needed for a comfortable week away. So close to the beach! Really cute decor.
Would stay here again!!
