Silver Shores is a newly constructed condominium built in 2008, located just 3/4 of a block from Tybee's main beach and within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, the pier and more. This condo features all new furnishings and has all modern amenities and is a great vacation option for couples getaways and small families. The living area includes a 42" flat screen TV, DVD, and access to the furnished private balcony. The kitchen has granite counter tops and all stainless appliances. Wonderful, clean, and beautifully decorated condo. Our 4-year old daughters fist visit to the beach. She loved it! We love the non-commercialism of The beach. It was a quite, peaceful vacation!

This is a very nice unit that is in the heart of Tybee not far from the Pavilion. There is no ocean view from the unit and the actual view is not good, but still a very nice place to stay if you want to walk to the beach.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. The unit is very nicely decorated and quite comfortable. The view from the patio doors is not so great, but it's an easy trade off for the proximity to the beach...a very short 2 minute walk! Loved it...

We stayed in silver shore #1 the condo was very tastefully decorated, and included all amenities. The close proximity to beach and shopping was great for the teenagers traveling with us. I would definitely stay here again when traveling to Tybee.

No services, check in was perfect, home was clean and updated, location was great. liked having nice tv's, could have enjoyed better linens, other than that we loved it.

The check-in was easy and the departure was just as easy. The unit was clean and decorated well. Everything was in its place. We appreciated athe "bag" of goodies left by Tybee Vacation Rental. The location was easy access to the beach and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. We did have an issue with parking (we had an assigned spot) but very difficult to get into it because of the oversized van next to us. The other thing that I would mention is that the outside halls and walkways in the complex really need attention. They were dirty. I realize that this might not be your responsibility but when one pays a high rental rate, it would make sense that the complex should be as clean as possible.

Perfect place for the price. The condo was decorated real cute. It was not a far walk to the beach and it's within walking distance to restaurants. I would stay in this condo again.

#1 Silver Street was one of the nicest and cleanest places that I've ever stayed in. This condo is in an excellent location for the beach. It is decorated very cutely and is very comfortable. Great vacation place. We will definitely be back.
