We have been going to Lighthouse Point for approximately 20 years plus. As always, it is definitely an enjoyable time. The condo was immaculate and we had everything we needed while we were there. We stayed three nights and we must say how comfortable the beds were, the mattresses were unbelievably comfortable and we really slept well during our stay there. We stayed there because we like the security and safe surroundings. My mother is in a nursing home there and it is so convenient to be able to have quality visits with her and be so close to the home. We enjoyed Spankys several times. The staff at Tybee Vacation Rentals were as usual so accomodating and helpful to us.
It is always a pleasure to visit Tybee Island and stay at Lighthouse Point.

We really enjoyed our stay at Lighthouse Point B32. The accomodations were extremely nice. We loved the porch facing the beach. We spent many mornings watching dolphins and ships passing by. Easy access to the nearly empty beach! We will definately spend another week there in the future!

We visit Tybee Island every year and have for some years now. I think our stay at Lighthouse Point 32B was the best yet. It was very clean and tastefully decorated and the distance to the beach and pool was perfect. The balcony had nice furniture for sitting out and eating as well.
My only complaint was that there is little storage space. Every other condo we've stayed in at Lighthouse Point had the kitchen closet for food storage and the closet on the balcony for other items. These were both locked, so we had a lot of food items all over the kitchen. But in comparison, our stay was absolutely perfect.

Clean and quiet yet on the beach with a great pool and view. This spot is away from the party crowd and only a short walk to many things. Condo was clean and very comfortable. You can tell it is cared for. Great views. We will keep asking for this rental!!

We stayed three nights at Tybee to attend a wedding and were very impressed with the island itself as well as our accommodations. Tybee is close enough to Savannah to provide access to "city" experiences--shopping, dining, touring, etc., but far enough away to feel you don't have to do any of those things. Tybee istself has several really good places to eat, including the Breakfast Club, and the Crab Shack. Our condo had everything we needed to relax during our stay, and our grandsons enjoyed the pool even though the water is still very cold! We are hoping for a return trip during their fall break.

We had a great time on our vacation to Tybee Island! This condo was updated and a very pleasant surprise. You can tell that everything in the condo has been updated in the living room and bedrooms. Lighthouse Point was quiet and the people that live there were very friendly. Tybee Vacation Rentals was also there to make sure our vacation went smoothly and help us with any issues. Overall, we enjoyed our trip.
The only complaint we had about this condo was the covered parking that was offered. It says that it's a two car covered parking and they do warn that its narrow, but I don't see how you would fit anything besides a small car in this spot. We were in a regular size SUV and could not park there. However, there are open spots in the parking lot that are meant for guests that you may park in.

Had a beautiful condo that was spot on clean and with lovely decor. Felt right at home the very first day and will use this same facility again. One bit of advice...the elevator in this building has a strong odor which is overpowering at times, would be beneficial to look into this. The staff in checking in & out were great !
A real homie environment that made us feal welcome.

We really loved the condo. We had a really great view of the ocean. The kids was really interested in watching the ship going by. The outside closest had plenty of things that was very helpful on the beach and also had toys for our 4 yr old, when we left we left other beach toys an a kite for the next youngster that comes. The kitchen had everything that was needed. The only problem we had was that the wash machine had a loud noise but it worked and the king bed in the master bedroom half of the bed was sunk down lower then the other half of the bed but was very comfortable. When you go down to the pool be sure to take some bread and feed the turtles at the fountain pond. I would highly recomend this rental agency if your traveling to tybee they will also help with local information. If you visit Tybee you must eat at The Crab Shack , it is the absolute best meal i have ever had , very fresh and a great experience ! My aunt , sister in law and there family had used this travel agency also and recommended them to us and i would recommend them to everyone that would plan on a vacation on Tybee.

The service at Tybee vacation rentals is wonderful...welcome bag left for us in the rental was greatly appreciated. We picked the north end of Tybee to be away from the heavy traffic areas of Tybee and found that the north end was an excellent location. We also picked this rental because of the two pools and private area parking. I noticed that there seemed to be a lot of traffic in and out of the condo property from people walking into the complex that didn't appear to be staying at the light house, this made the pools a little crowded. Also one pool was closed for two days due to maintenance issues. There were people letting people in through the gate and then the cars parked in a grass area just in front of our outside patio, I am not sure why all this was allowed. The light house condos might want to invest in some security measures to ensure the guests who paid for this access are the ones using it. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay, the condo was decorated nicely and had all the convience of home. We loved the beach and had a wonderful stay.

We stayed at Lighthouse Point 32B. Before we arrived we were told the dishwasher was broke and a repair man would be there early in the week to fix. After a few phone calls and were told a repairman would be there fix the Washing machine, no one ever showed up. We called and your office called us, but nothing was ever taken care of. We didn't use the dishwasher or washing machine all week due to not knowing which was really broke. This was very disappointing as we booked that rental due to the appliances.
Otherwise the place was clean and nice. No cable box in 2 nd bedroom was also disappointing.

This unit was a perfect fit for my family (my wife and two boys). The bedrooms were nice, Tv's in both bedrooms. Having two full baths is also nice. Good view of the ocean. We chose this unit over others because it had a 4-seat table on the balcony so we could eat meals outside with an ocean view. The only drawback about the balcony is that it is right next to the elevator and gets no sun. That is a good thing if you are renting during very warm weather. It was 70-75 while we were there (mid-April) and it sometimes got too chilly on the deck. The pools are nice and kept clean. Easy access to the beach. This part of Tybee is less crowded and great for family vacations. Only real complaint was that some of our neighbors were a little disrepsectful about noise. The rules for this area are no noise after 10:00 pm and everyone did abide by that. My boys go to bed at 8:30-9:00 and some of our neighbors let their older kids (10-14) run around outside screaming and chasing each other on all the stairs and walkways until 9:30 or so. Also, the walls are a little thin and you can hear people above you scooting chairs, vaccuming or walking/running around. It was not a major problem though. We go to Tybee every year and we would rent in this unit again.

The condo on the beach with a beautiful view of the ocean was so relaxing. The close proximity to Savannah was perfect for exploration and experiencing the culture and architecture of the area. We will return to Tybee Island soon!

Enjoyed our stay in one of your unit, had a little problem with the cable but over all a great stay. kids really love being in the pool. This was their first vacation after being adopted. They don't want to leave. We could not park our van in it's parking area.

The only concern was the cleanliness of the pools. I did call and then we saw someone there checking the pools. The pool hours also were not enforced. Loud teenagers were in the pool after midnight some nights.
I recently rented in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin for a month. I then wanted to spend time at the beach and chose your location. Much better than the condo I rented in Lake Geneva...except for one thing. A 10 am check-out at Tybee was unexpected and very disappointing. I would definitely be interested in renting the same unit again...with a later check-out. Otherwise, I'd look elsewhere. This was supposed to be relaxing and having to be rushed out totally defeated that purpose.

#32 B in Lighthouse Point was awesome! It is an updated, clean, and it was the perfect size for my 12 year old daughter and her friend. We each had our own rooms with a bathroom. The balcony views were wonderful and the condo is well equipped with the necessities. We stocked up with groceries, rented bikes from Tim's and had a great time at the beach. We rented a large SUV and the parking under the condo is very tight with such a large vehicle. The property manager told us we could park on a grassy area which made it much easier.

This was a wonderful vacation. The condo suited us perfectly. In fact, I kept wondering when something would go wrong or dissapoint us. It never did. I had medical equpment delivered to me and the service was wonderful. I really didn't feel that this condo was truly handicapped equipped because of the lack of grab bars in the bathroom that is my only ...concern/complaint.
Otherwise the condo was beautiful, comfortable and had all the comforts of home plus a few more.
We rented movies from Tybee Vacation Rentals for evening entertainment, walked on the beach and enjoyed the view of the ships coming and going to Savannah.I would have enjoyed staying longer. Thanks for a great vacation!
