Brass Rail Condos are Mediterranean style gated luxury condos on the south end of Tybee Island. Located only 30 yards to the beach and within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, the pier and more. Amenities include private pool, outdoor sauna and community picnic area. This condo is a corner unit and features a large private patio with a covered seating area and lots of extra space for sunbathing. The patio is nicely furnished with a gas grill, seating for 8, and 4 loungers.

Savannah Running Trip

My wife and I recently traveled to Savannah with some friends for a marathon. There were twelve members in our group, and we were all staying on Tybee. I had never been to Savannah or Tybee Island, and I was so pleased with our condo. The hardwood floors, granite counter tops, and steel appliances made the condo very elegant. The Brass Rail was only fifteen minutes from Savannah's center. For the price, the Brass Rail is the place to stay! If we ever return, we will certainly choose the Brass Rail.

Very nice unit. Kitchen definitely needs better equipment - 2 can openers and neither worked. Insufficient pots/pans for our group. Love the patio, nice & roomy. Property: shower in pool bathroom did not work. Would be nice if a diagram/layout of units was made available so that when large groups like ours want to stay close together, it makes the decision easier. For instance unit 105 was in a different building from 108, something impossible to know ahead-of-time. Love convenience to shopping, dining & pier.

House was very nice although lacking in cooking supplies and dishes and coffee mugs.We rented 108 and 208. 208 had a much better stocked kitchen. You also need some drawer space in the room with two twin beds. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent from you all in the future.location of the property was great. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub but spent most of our time on the beach. Overflow parking would be great. We had 15 people in our group and rented 2 condos, it would have been nice if we could have kept all 5 cars on the property.

My family and myself stayed @ the Brass Rail in September after most people were back from their vacations and found that Tybee was very Serene and knowing we were in a gated community made us feel very Secure especially with our small grandchildren. The additional space on the patio @ # 108 was perfect for the children to play and for us to enjoy with family. Everything was very well stocked in our condo and very Satified knowing if we needed anything the condo was so convenience to anything you were in need of. Extremely pleased with the staff @ Tybee Vacation Rentals as well for being so accommodating. I highly recommend these condos to anyone wanting to plan their beach vacation and I definitely plan to make reservations for our next Tybee Island vacation.:)

We loved the condo. It is huge!!! The rooms are all a good size. There were 5 adults and we never felt crowded. The decor is so nice. It has a beachy feel without being overdone. It was truly relaxing. We loved the extended balcony. The grill however was very dirty and did not have gas so before we could use it we had to make a trip to get gas and my husband had to clean it - it was as if it had not been cleaned in a long time. Needless to say we were starved by the time we finally were able to grill the food. But this did not put a damper on our fun at all.It was nice to sit on the balcony in the morning and evening and enjoy the peace and quiet. The condo is very convenient to the beach, shops and restaurants. We went in to Savannah on one of our rainy days and had a great time. We will definitely do this again. We absolutely love Tybee Island!!!

Very close to the beach and very well decorated. We loved the patio. And we also got a very good recommendation of where to eat from the rental person.
