This custom home is a great option for family vacations to Tybee Island. You will have lots of space and are less than one block to the beautiful North Beach. The home is well-cared for and has been nicely furnished offering all the comforts of home. Outside living is a must when visiting Tybee and this home delivers! I booked all Decked Out for a girls reunion weekend. There were nine of us and we had more than enough room in this house. The big open kitchen was great for congregating, and we had a great time hanging on the decks after the end of our days on the beach. A five minute walk to the beach! Also, the house's outdoor shower was a great perk! We only had a couple issues while visiting- the ice machine was finnicky and stopped working so we had to go out an purchase a large bag of ice for our cooler and drinks. We also had an issue with the aC upon arrival but the maintenance man came out right away to check it out. Being a group of young women we were apprehensive about being on North Beach away from the action, but we loved North Beach. We had the whole beach to ourselves and it was only a five minute drive to restaurants and bars. I would definitley stay there again!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at all Decked Out. The staff that handled our vacation services were exceptionally friendly. The house is in a great location just a few steps to a quiet beach. The sleeping situation is doable but not quite conducive for more than two couples as there are only two beds large enough to support couples. The house did not appear to be thoroughly cleaned as we found dirty dishes in the cupboards and miscellaneous items scattered about. The house could use a thorough cleaning in other areas such as beneath the couches, under the beds, etc. Otherwise it was a terrific stay and the house is great.

The beach was an inlet and we had to walk small children through a construction zone to the beach area. The beds had sand in the sheets and didn't seem clean. Over all the house was beautiful and we enjoyed out time. We just hope construction is done and house cleaning is more thorough next time.

The house was immaculate! The screened in deck was the gathering place for the family. We rented the house for relatives from Kansas whose grandchildren had never been to the ocean. The beach, even though public, was like a private beach for the kids. They loved collecting shells and watching dolphins 50 feet offshore. There were plenty of household goods with modern appliances and outside grill.

Our annual Spring Break journey led us to our first stay on Tybee Island. What a perfect find! The house is extremely comfortable with a kitchen that boasts every kind of pot or pan that you might need if you plan on cooking in. We loved the screened porch and ate there nearly every day. The location is remarkable in that it is quiet yet close to everything. The beach is just a few steps away and viewable from the deck, porch, main floor and master suite. Our experience with TVR was seamless and our questions kindly answered. There is so much to do on Tybee and in Savannah! It definitely demands a return trip for our family! Thank you so much for making a great stay possible!

We had never been to Tybee Island and this rental made for a great first impression. The house was spacious and clean. It was close to the beach but away from all the crowds you might find on the South end of the island. In truth, it was like having our own private little beach. About the only real complaint we had was the programming of the air conditioner. It was auto programmed and kept resetting at odd times, which would result in the house getting too hot. Not a huge issue, but certainly something we kept having to address. We loved the island and this property. We hope to return over the course of the next few years and will certainly try to rent this house when we do.
