This spacious, comfortable house is just right for an extended family or for friends who like to vacation together. Located on the beach side of Butler Avenue at the corner of Sixth Street and Butler, it is just a block to the beach and close to restaurants, the grocery store and other Tybee attractions.

As you enter through the double garage, you will see two bedrooms on the ground level. The king bedroom has one brick wall and sliding glass doors which open onto a small shady yard. The second bedroom has two double beds. A pretty turquoise bathroom has a shower/tub combination. Each bedroom has a TV and artwork that celebrates li...fe at the beach. This quiet area is a haven for the guests wishing a little more privacy.

Walk up 18 steps and enter a light filled, open living/dining/kitchen area. The living area has an inviting sofa and chairs where you can relax and watch the large screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen has a bar and stools for six and an island for prep work. There is a rectangle dining table for six in the dining area and a nearby round table for four. The artwork continues on this level with tributes to the ocean, the marshes, and local wildlife.

Sliding glass doors open onto a delightful covered porch area with cooling tile floors and four ceiling fans. More tables and chairs (will seat 11 people) and two chaise lounges make this a perfect spot for entertaining. A counter top serving area with storage underneath will come in handy as a buffet.

Also on this main level are two bedrooms and two baths. The yellow room has a king bed and a luxurious bath which features a frosted glass window and a separate shower and Jacuzzi style tub. This bedroom opens onto a small covered deck perfect for morning coffee. The blue bedroom has a queen bed and is near the second bath which has a shower/tub combination and cheerful palm tree wallpaper. Each of the bedrooms has a small TV.

The washer and dryer are located in the garage. Between the garage area and the paved driveway, there is ample parking. There is plenty of room as well in this pleasant house for family and friends to enjoy each other’s company while enjoying Tybee Island.

  Spacious house, very well appointed; wonderful master suite. Best property manager on Tybee! Did not give it highest rating only because it is located adjacent to Butler ave which is the main street & can be noisy.
